It’s during the virus so we can’t go in but there drive thru windows should be open! It’s 9:10 and there still not open yet! How lazy. They should be at work on time. This is the bank in Flushing Michigan.

Went through the drive thru yesterday the computers were down. I explained to the two women behind the countet that i would not be able to come back to pay my mortgage today. They kept it and sent it thru once the computers returned to working. Wanted to tell them both how much i appreciate what they had done for me. They both were awesome!!

Everytime I try to go to the Pierson Rd Chase they have a line of customers and only 1-2 tellers open with 1-2 tellers at the windows but not taking care of the line of customers. This site is very frustrating because of the slow service. The one teller happily mentions with each customer that "we are moving now" to defuse the annoyed customers. That doesn't cut it.

I only give them 4 stars because like some other banks they have only a skeleton staff. Other than that a great place to bank. They take care of you here.

Best bank ever, yes they push a little at the bank but its better then waiting in line getting mad about the wait
