This facility will not stand behind the work that was performed. Management will tell you one thing to your face, then not stand by their word, and refuse to make the repairs right. Will not even get on the phone to discuss the situation, just has the receptionist play the middleman. Only reason I took it here was because my insurance said it was the preferred repair shop, I don't see how...

Best customer service of my life. I was dreading the process of fixing my car after I was rear ended but everyone I encountered here was amazing!! They returned my car within a week and it was detailed and in perfect condition. I was updated every step of the way. It's a shame I can only go here if I get in an accident ?

AMAZING customer service skills from beginning to end. I took my Dodge Durango in following an insurance claim, they made the process easy and fast. They will update you every step of the way with your vehicle which gave me much security. I will recommend Auto Pride to everyone that needs collision repair.

Took my Jeep for repair after a deer ran into the front and side of my vehicle. $5000 worth of damage. After 23 days it’s finally fixed . Looked great for about a week then the trim started coming off the door, the rubber molding was coming off when you roll the window down. Parking light was never replaced and headlights didn’t match. I took it back, they needed to order new parts after a month I called them back and they finally made time for my repair. I couldn’t wash the car prior due to the trim and molding would fly off in the wash. The manager assured me everything would be great and the Jeep would be washed. Nope, they put brand new parts on a dirty vehicle and returned it to me dirty. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
I will be contacting my insurance company as well so they will know to recommend other collision company’s.

The people here are very nice. My English is not very good. They were very patient in helping me. My car was hit and they texted me and said it would be fixed in about a week which was awesome

They were supposed to replace my front wheel they replace the tire but not the rim but they told me they replaced the rim the guy Miguel lied to my face and told me they replaced it and they had the same one on the car

Had an estimate done on 9-1-23 for repair work. A few days later I set up an appointment to bring my car in on 9-26-23. When I brought it in on that date the estimator was not there and no one else could help me. I was told someone would call me. It has been a week and I still have not heard from anyone. Very poor customer service at best. Michael Kunc.....To follow up on the above review, I received a call from the manager on October 2nd. He assured me that someone would call me to schedule my repairs. He asked me to write a new review and I assured him that I would, assuming the repairs were done to my satisfaction. He agreed to that. It has been over five weeks and no one has called me back. I would accept the fact that there was a miscommunication the first time, but not the second. Needless to say, I made arrangements to have my vehicle repaired elsewhere. Had they told me they could not do the repairs for whatever reason, I would not be writing this review and giving them a one star. Michael Kunc 11-9-23.

I came in to have my door pins fixed on 2004 Chevy Tahoe. He looked at them and quoted me $350 to fix them which I thought was kind of expensive. But I wanted them done right, which he assured me they would be. When I came to get the truck...I paid and he gave me my keys back. I went out to my truck...and the door didnt shut well at all. Still needed to be swung pretty firmly. I showed him what the proper adjustment looked like when shutting my passenger door . You can shut it with 1 finger. He said thats the best they could do...and started arguing and yelling at me for wanting my money back. I didnt bring the truck in for a shade tree fix where I still have to slam it shut. I wanted it right ..kept my money and screamed at me. I wont go back...awful management and ownership. A bad employee is 1 thing...but when the whole company is backed by folks with no integrity ..theres no getting made whole when an employee falls short

This is the shop to go to if your car ? or vehicle has had an accident. We took our vehicle there, and they had a very fast turnaround, and it was given back to us in brand new condition again. They made a bad accident into a beautiful thing in the end. They are great people and very informative while they are working on your vehicle. The paint is blended perfectly. Everything is perfect. Thank you, guys, for making a bad experience into a beautiful ? and quality repair. Thankful. Keep up the great work, guys. God bless ? ?. Lifetime warranty, too. They really are the best part of bad situation like their sign says.
