In the sparse case they don't have what you're looking for, they'll order it and generally have it within a few days. We've been shopping here for years for this reason, along with the fact that the regular employees are super nice and know their stuff.

I stopped in to simply cash in a $30 winning lotto ticket. I was not greeted whatsoever but instead received nasty looks from The woman who was working and what looked to be a customer that she was talking to that didn't have anything to purchase and the conversation was loud enough for me to know they were speaking about an old boyfriend and I quote "I done left his a** girl...." I waited until there was an opening in the conversation and asked if I could cash my ticket. The worker than replied to me with a dirty look again and an attitude as she pointed and said lotto is down there. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her and her friend. When I responded to her saying I just have a small ticket I need to cash in. She replied back to me " I told you the first time lotto is down there so you should've went down there the first time I told you where to go!" I could not believe I was treated with such disrespect and for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I will never stop at that store again and I will make sure that everybody I know here's the story. She was one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life.
