The driver was extremely rude. The dispatch office had to be called in order for the delivery to be done appropriately.

Jesse the company driver that showed up to drop off my couch was friendly and professional. he help me unload it and even took care of the plastic and pallet that was left over. ??

I have not heard one thing from them .I don't know for sure when they will call me to deliver my big item from my on line Sam's order
