I have had to use West Town multiple times and I have received excellent service every time. From the people in the office to every driver I've had tow my car, they have all been polite, kind and most helpful.

Thank you to West side towing and to my tow guy Jason. I called them, they were fast, affordable and professional. Jason got to my location within 15 to 20 min. He was very professional and he told me a couple of jokes which was nice because I needed to laugh.

Flat tire on expressway called West Town towing, they answered promptly said they would send Jason and he would be about 30 minutes. Jason called me said he was on his way, he arrived in 30 minutes took great care of me with good conversation on the way to Discount Tire. Thanks West Town Towing for making my day! You guys rock!!! This is the tow company from hell! They could not tow my hybrid car. The man did not know where the parking brake was which was on the floor he pushing buttons on the dash i now have erros on the screen. Told me he been towing cars for 40 years. Got out of car and left. If you don't know what you doing say so. How unprofessional and the dispatcher no better. I wish i could give zero stars.

The driver stopped to make sure I was okay because he saw me in the ditch. The driver even checked on me later to make sure I was okay. Awesome driver and staff. If I ever need a towing company again, they will be my go to company!!

We had a breakdown on the freeway. These guys came quickly, hauled us to our shop, diagnosed the problem right away (timing belt broke), dropped us off at a car rental place, and stored the car until we could get things sorted out. Then towed it back to our home city for us. Friendly, personable, know what they are doing. Recommended!

I was in a car accident today and I had the officer call them they were very prompt and caring making sure my husband and I were okay very good business people I have had them in the past as well is why I called them I would definitely use them again if need be in the future I also would recommend them.

Walter came out on a AAA roadside assist for a flat tire. Hands down best professional service I’ve ever had. Fast, efficient, and most importantly safe. Made a lousy situation much better and had me on my way quickly!

Yesterday I had my jeep broke down and called AAA for roadside assistance. They sent out a wonderful driver by the name of Matt. He was such great help and was very friendly. Great guy and great service. He also answered all of our questions and made sure my wife was ok

We Had a tire blow out on the side of I-75 called west town towing they came out super fast, changed the tire out super quick and helped us get back on I-75. Both guys were super nice and made a stressful situation much better. We appreciate you guys.
