Love Walgreens over rite aid. Too bad my insurance doesn't allow Walgreens to accept it or I would go there. They are much better people. rude rude rude rite aid staff across the street.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The pharmacy staff is incompetent, apparently the $14hr girl behind the counter is qualified to tell me my insurance is invalid after coming in directly from an appointment said insurance paid for. I watched them screw over 2 other people in need of their medication in front of me.

Do not go to this pharmacy. I have never had people in a pharmacy talk trash about you to their co workers while you sit in the drive thru waiting. And then one ask for your phone so she don’t have to type in 6 numbers for express pay. Which defeats the express pay point. They are rude and completely unprofessional.

Scheduled a COVID-19 test at 3:15pm. Arrived early and the drive through was backed up for thirty minutes, whatever. Finally reached the window and was told that I had to GO BACK TO THE END OF THE LINE so they could "prepare my test". Why wasn't the test prepared already as I had a 3:15 appointment? The cashier was very rude and thought that me waiting another 30 minutes was a reasonable request. If I wanted to come in and be tested, I could but I would have to wear a mask. I scheduled a DRIVE THROUGH TEST to receive DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Friendly staff, in the store and at the pharmacy. I've been getting my medicine here for years, without incident. Don't forget the pharmacy closes down for lunch, or you will be upset when you go to pick up prescriptions and find that they are closed for a half hour. Good deals on digital coupons, sales, and cash back rewards. Good deals on photo developing, too.

This is the most ridiculous pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The said I couldn’t fill my prescription because my Dr was not in flint. And the told me I couldn’t take my perscription that my Dr wrote. Any other pharmacy even Walgreens does not have this “policy”. I’m trying to find the complaint number.

I have been getting a prescription by the name of Nurtec for over 6 month. funny how I pulled out the box and has this address and phone number. but now you say I'm not in the system. yeah I'm done playing games with people who think they know ones body better then the person living in said body.
