I wouldn't take my beloved babies here. They were more concerned about shoving papers in my face asking for a driver's license.Then price gouging on the cremation. We didn't mind paying for the emergency services but, 355.00 for a 5 lb yorkie is ridiculous. When everyone else charges anywhere from 100.00 to 175.00. They just took advantage of our greif, so for the amount we paid, we expected a nice urn but, no, we get a tin can. It was so unexpected. I would never ever take anymore of my pets to them. When I called to speak to the manager about the cremation she wouldn't come out but sent me a text and said she'd call. That call never came. That says alot about how professional they are. We had to say goodbye in an xray room. Even though they have done updates, it smells like nicotine and bad body odor. Come on do better! So nasty, the staff is unprofessional and looks like a bunch of high school student's that has no clue what to do. What happened to the older staff? They all quit.It was a much better place when Dr. Ermme was the head veterinarian.

The office has been around for years and years with many great doctors and techs, they really have been updating the business and the outside is painted beautiful. Our last visit was affordable, very professional and the staff was wonderful! I did go down a star, only because I found out they don’t do health certificates for a pet to travel. Which I’ve never heard of. I called for information and was told they do them. Then on the same call was told they don’t. I like sticking to the same office when I can for puppies or kittens and then for health certificates for traveling. So that makes a difference for my family personally.

Put me on a waitlist and made me sit for hours and then they put people ahead of me even though I made an appointment. This place is slow very slow . Be very ashamed of yourselves for making people wait so long . Hire more staff if you have to I mean wow . And to put someone ahead of me on the waiting list how rude I’ve never had a business do that to me .

I've used this vet for 7 years and I have never experienced what I went through on 02/28/2024 I called and signed my dog in at 11am was told it would be a 50 min wait which was doable because it is a walk in clinic. After waiting for a full hour I asked how long it would be and it had increased to a 130 min wait on top of the hour I already spent waiting. Once we went in we waited an additional 1.5 hrs in the room waiting for them to do a basic check up on my dog. Additionally you could hear the staff giggling and messing around in the office rather then helping the line of 14 people after me.

Doctor was honest and professional, with a huge level of etic. He understood the urgency to take care of my cat, and guide me with all his knowledge what it had to be done. The staff was also amazing and super friendly. Their system of appointments also is a plus, specially when you don't know where to take your pet in an emergency situation, and price is too reasonable. Recommended 100%

Took 2 and a half hour to have my dogs tested for heartworm. Very stressful being in that little room that long.

Flint Vet was great a few years ago when you could walk in and actually get seen by a Veterinarian.Past couple years... The vets are never in the office, the techs seem to be under trained and stressed, and it takes several visits to get lucky and get your number called.Find a more reliable vet if you care about your pet.
