Ken was an AMAZING salesperson to work with. Super patient from the beginning, he listened to what my "wants and don't wants" were, and showed me pieces that fit my needs. Upfront honesty about pricing, guarantees, and durability was much appreciated! Not once did I feel overwhelmed or pressured to buy like so many other salespeople I have encountered. Financing was done with ease, and I can't wait to see my new furniture pieces in my living room. I would highly recommend Ken at VCF to anyone!

Robyn was amazing!! She helped us right away then let us do our own thing and was not pushy at all. She made sure to follow up periodically as well. She was a dream to work with and will be requesting her in the future!

For starters, We were greeted upon entry. All of the information covered concerning furniture was easy to understand. The furniture in question was beautiful and they have a sizable selection of furnishings for any home or apartment. Robin was an awesome advisor.

We had truly the BEST experience with Quay when shopping at Value City Furniture in Flint! We weren't even planning on buying anything, we just wanted to get an idea on pricing for mattresses. Quay was great right from the start, introducedhimself, pointed us in the right direction and let us look around for ourselves with no pressure. He came to check on us, was extremely personable and impressed us with his exceptional knowledge of the mattresses! It was close to closing time and we told him that we would be back. We came back a couple days later and we were able to spend more time with him and again, with no pressure, he let us explore all the options and try them out to find the best fit for us. We also decided to look at bedroom furniture which wasn't initially our plan. We did find a bedroom set that we really liked and he found us an option that would work with the type of bed and mattress that we had interest in. At that point, it was again near closing time and we decided we would come back the next day to finalize our options. He made the process for financing easy, also was able to help us find the right pillows and fitted mattress protector. We would HIGHLY recommend Quay for any of your furniture purchases at Value City Furniture! 10/10

Ronnie Davis was great! He helped me look through paintings and gave me and my mom space to look through things. Once I picked some items he was incredibly helpful figuring out how we’d be able to get some of the things delivered to a different city. He made sure I got the best price for everything and even was helping me look through matching pillows. Two thumbs up!

I went out looking for furniture and stumbled across Value City, I was immediately greeted by Robyn, and was asked if I needed help finding anything. Fastest I have ever been welcomed at a store. The experience was amazing and I was serviced by Robyn to exactly what I was looking for. I would recommend this store to anyone who is out looking for furniture! Keep up the great work you all Rock!

My mom needed a new bedroom set, and when I say, Taylor was the best!!! She helped my mom from the beginning to the end! And it didn’t stop there, we then had to meet with Breanna from the Acceptance now counter, she was the bomb!!! Wonderful people, and great customers service, on top of great deals on furniture!!! I most definitely will be back for myself!!

Our salesman Ken went far and above to help my sister. She had bought a recliner and after getting it delivered found that the chair was too hard for her to use with only one leg. Ken made it possible for us to return the chair and purchase a power chair for her and all owls great. We will recommend Value City to everyone.

We came in on a Saturday looking for a power lift chair for my father in law who just had hip replacement surgery and needed one asap. We were greeted by Chad at The flint mi store. He was friendly and very helpful. We told him our story and within 30 minutes The power chair was being loaded into our truck. That level of customer service will keep us coming back.

I had an amazing, professional and productive encounter with the sales associate by the name of Quay. He was very knowledgeable about the products myself & my husband were interested in. He was patient and didn’t give off a “sales person” vibe. He definitely was the reason my husband agreed to purchase the furniture I had been eyeballing for 4 months. I highly recommend Quay at Value City furniture in Flint, MI.
