Overall, they are a decent post office. Have not had issues with the staff, they have always been good natured.The issue is with the Pre-Purchased parcels. Last few times I've dropped items off, they have not scanned the packages. I filed a complaint via the USPS website, and received a call from an employee that told me he watches every package get scanned from a different employee. After providing the Tracking Number, he muttered that he will speak with the employees.Being as that was during the Holiday Season, figured that most of it was the business. Fast forward to today's issue. Dropped off four pre-purchased items in the drop box during business hours. None of them have been scanned. This is having an impact on my business.Save yourself the trouble and go to any other location.

I have been constantly having an issue with the post office not picking up mail at the office drop box at the economy motel, at least 20 times last year alone mail that I had in the out box was never taken enen though the mail is delivered to the office every day, I've taken this up with the post office and seems nothing gets better

Awful they lost my package. It was mistakenly taken to USPS instead of FedEx but they managed to entirely lose it and blame it on me. Dave is the worst, spend the extra gas money to go to a different location. Full of bums.

I get a money order for rent, and drop it off at that same post office same day, it could be the 26th, yet my rent is still late, making it to the general management office at 1019 church st in flint. Now for 4 months i have late fees i have to pay that i can not afford

I use this post office all the time. The customer service people are so nice and helpful. I love that the self serve is available 24/7. I have only had 1 package damaged in the last 10 years.

I had dropped some letters in a box without stamps and everyone I talked to was so understanding and helpful and I was able to get it fixed. I know this job can be extremely thankless so I just wanted to say THANK YOU! ?

I patronized this post office to return a package to China on July 17,2021. The package was shipped to me from California. But they insisted that I return it to a Chinese address. The package never made it to its destination. Today when I checked the USPS tracker, it had been sitting in Customs in China since August 11th (see photo). The package never made it to the final destination in China as far as I know. I guess the USPS CANNOT ensure that a package is delivered. To write a complaint about this is almost impossible. There is no online complaint submission. I take that as a hint that USPS is getting so many complaints right now that they have just decided to make it hard for anyone to share the problems or to ignore them.
