“Coming in I was originally in search of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle with a trade. Did some research online, shopped around for a little while before deciding to go to Shea Chevrolet. Nate was the first person to greet me at the door. He brought me into his office and asked what I was interested in. I had my mind set on a Jeep and test drove a 2017 Jeep Patriot. Also, Nate was able to write up an appraisal for my trade-in. After test driving the Jeep, turns out it wasn’t for me. I let Nate know which he informed me that the dealership periodically gets in new pre-owned vehicles. Encouraging me to contact him if I was interested in anything else. From there, the next day I went to Randy Wise and did not have the best experience with trying to buy. I decided to go back to Shea Chevrolet and work with Nate. He was more than happy to help out with getting me into another vehicle. He understood that my situation was a complicated one. He was very transparent about my situation with rolling over negative equity. We then went over the best options for me between leasing or financing. Turns out, the best option for my situation was financing. Even though I had my heart set on a Jeep Compass, Nate shifted the gears and we looked at other options. Instead of pre-owned we looked at new cars that were on the market. I was able to test drive a 2024 Buick Envista. At first I was not a fan of the Envista but I gave it a try. After test driving it I fell in love with the car. Nate knew then we had a winner and from there he was going to do whatever it took to get me this car. We went over the numbers and Nate was able to get me the best value for my trade, no money down, plus I qualified for the new car rebates, discounts, warranties, etc. I don’t regret my decision at all I am very happy and proud of my decision. This is my first time ever having a new car and I didn’t need a co-signer! I believe I made a smart choice by going back to do business with Nate. I really enjoyed my car buying experience. Nobody made me feel pressured to buy I was able to think and weigh out my options which I was very pleased with. I liked the energy and upbeat environment. Nate Brown, Josh Summerville, Howard Shelton as well as the other staff were amazing to work with. Everyone made sure I was well taken care of for sure. “Due to a few things all coming up one after the other found myself with a bad credit score and my car constantly having issue's. This place saved me from paying three times the actual payment for full coverage insurance for a used car. The fact it's under 100k miles and they offer a limited warranty make up for paying a little over blue book value to. All in all this place is amazing if you find yourself in a situation where you have to commute to work and your car dies on you while your credit score is bad.”

“I don't know what's with the bad reviews, but my daughters car seized up and she went there and Roy put her in a beautiful dodge Durango, and even towed her old car to the dealer ship. And then my stepdaughter went there, and he put her in a beautiful little Ford fiesta that was fuel efficient, that she really needed because she travels a lot, and she's very happy with her car. And while she was getting her car, I decided to get a car and Roy who did all three transactions, put me in a beautiful Toyota Camry, that I have been wanting for a long time and Roy treated all three of us with Nothing but professionalism and respect. I felt very comfortable making the transition. I would definitely buy another car from him. Go see Roy, he will definitely give you a good deal.”

“RPM will get you in a vehicle. It's a USED CAR lot. Do your due diligence, take a mechanic friend with you or ask if YOUR mechanic can check it. I've purchased 2 vehicles over the years. One lost the master cylinder the 3rd month. I asked them to come and get the vehicle. Technically they could have pursued the balance. They were professional courteous. They wrote it off. Not just bc I had been a previous customer. PAUL I've known for years and Terry Jones. Ask for one of these guys.”
