“I have not purchased a vehicle from a dealership for over 20yrs. I have shopped many dealers and always walked away as a result of the salesperson not staying in the parameters of my need, being pushy, or being way to chatty. I stopped in I75 Autosales after hours to look at their inventory and returned the following day to be greeted by Ellery. The conversation was short, professional, courteous, friendly, and to the point. I came back the next day to look at a different vehicle and was approached by another salesman. My wife and I politely stated that we were working with Ellery and we will just wait.
***Here is the kicker*** the salesman stated we don’t care who was helping you, we’re all here to help each other, do you want to test drive a vehicle and get some pricing while you wait, or do you have a lot of extra time to just wait?
Long story short,
Ellery’s initial help, the 2nd salesman’s assistance in looking at other options, Ellery’s final closeout, and the 3rd salesman’s assistance person that showed me the ins & outs of my “new” vehicle was a breath of fresh air of team work and customer first service that is not typically found at a dealership in my experience. “Purchased this garage building from Bedell Auto Sales and Old Hickory Buildings in Flint. The owner was very polite both times we were there. This is the second unit that was purchased by our family from this location. The owner greeted us and did not pressure us into anything. The price on the lot was different from what was online and he honored the price for us. I will definitely use this lot for my next outbuilding when and if I need another.”

“Just purchased a diesel truck from Nick last week. We drove over 6 hours to look at the truck. Dealership had all paperwork to us before we came so we could get our loan completed and only make one trip. We got to the dealership and the truck was pulled right up front where it was easy to find. THE TRUCK WAS NICER than expected! Dealership offered to take the truck to a shop to have it inspected for us but when we saw the truck, we realized we didn’t need to have it inspected.
