5 stars!! Bought a new sectional couch and a bed frame , they have very good prices , very good customer service as well! I will be going back again! 10/10 they treat they customers with care!

I can't wait to write this one here. Sooo, here we go. The place was decent. Jeremiah was friendly and helpful. They approved me for 2500$ in credit thru their credit card. 12 months same as cash. No interest. Sounded good. I'm 6 or 7 months into my year. Was 2 days late on my 7 or 8th payment. Got called and spoke to with no sense. Like I had borrowed money from bruh down the street. Literally speaking out the side of her neck to me. No manners, threatening to repo my furniture. I call the furniture store, " oh yeah we heard the had an aggressive collections dept." Now I'm late, and I gotta pay. 40$ late fee. Isn't that enough. Anyway, so I call the td card retail number back thinking that it was just a bad worker. Express my concerns, to what I hope is someone reasonable and professional. He makes a notation in my account that I will be making a payment when I'm back from vacation. Assures me that is the end of the calls. WRONG!! 4 or 5 times a day as late as 7pm. I was called again two days after I told the company I would make the payment because I still hadn't. They caught me w my Bluetooth speaker on and I couldn't see who was calling.I told them where they could put it.Ohhh also my furniture is falling the f apart. Don't go here.

So if you go here for anything you see as advertised in their ads...spare yourself the drive and go elsewhere. Their prices are definitely higher than what's in their ads and nothing rlly there to see. Place is small and limited but they do have a few cute pieces here and there...just a lot more money than advertised.

Today I stopped into the store just to “look around” , and I was greeted with polite and knowledgeable workers. Jeremiah was such a great help and knew the answers to all my questions, he told me the different ways of obtaining furniture which was great to hear. Thanks to him I’ll be getting my new furniture in a couple days !

Excellent sales person he was very helpful, and the delivery men where very polite. Unfortunately when they came to put my things together they were missing pieces so it was not able to be put up completely I am very upset about this. Now I have to Wait even longer for them to finish the job when it was there mistake, also it was a surprise for my son on his birthday. Not happy at all
