I visited this location only for the sole purpose to pick up some online products that were in stock. I drove 36 minutes from the salon just for them to say that because my ID does not match the name on file because I don’t go by my name this place is not transgender friendly and I highly suggest that you don’t shop here.

My husband recently had a stroke and is in therapy. His therapist recommended using Shea Butter, so we went to Ulta to purchase some. It took some time to locate any even after asking an associate (she was new, so not her fault, and the only reason for a second star). They didn't have a wheelchair in sight for him to use (every store we've been in since his stroke has had at least a non-motorized wheelchair). Even if they did, the store had a terrible aisle setup. The packed aisle ways make it hard to navigate through the store while assisting my husband. I get that you have a lot of different products to sell, but this is NOT handicap friendly by any means. We will not be able to come back.

2/3 times I have visited the store, I have had to look for someone to help me. Today after standing and waiting for someone to help me, I went and stood by a sales associate cleaning brushes. She never looked up. When she finished, she went the other way in the store. I also tried to track down another sales associate who was not working with a client and she turned the opposite way and went to the back of the store, there were only three people in the store two of them at the counter buying something. I guess they don’t want my business!

I LOVE Ulta. The day I was in there, there were 5 people in line and ONE girl running a register. While I was waiting, 2 more girls came behind the counter and COMPLETELY IGNORED the customers in line, laughing and giggling. Then, when it was my turn, the girl running the register turned to the other 2 girls and said she was going on break. They told her to wait on me, which she did. I was COMPLETELY disgusted by the entire visit. Also, the store was a mess. I've never seen this store, so unorganized. Maybe I'll take my business back to Sephora.

I live far away from this Ulta's, so whenever I'm in town, I like stopping in. I got my eyebrows waxed. All the people in Ulta's are very helpful, & kind

I work at a Walmart so I always just buy my things there with my discount but figured I’d treat myself to a new face wash/routine and was so confused when I got in the store lmao. I couldn’t find what I was looking for and when I finally thought I found it there were no prices. A super nice lady with green in her hair helped me even though she didn’t have to because I had decided to just stick with the sample sizes I found and ended up getting a better sale for the store because of it. Showed me where the “home” for the product was and helped me choose which one to get. So so nice and helpful and I didn’t feel like I was taking up her time even though I probably was lol she was dope
