uBreakiFix was just what I needed! I took my Brother's 9th generation iPad in this morning anticipating a need for an extensive repair to the charging port. Chris was so friendly and the consummate professional. He explained that the port may just need cleaning. He did so right on the spot which solved the issue. I purchased a new charging cord and was back in business. Thank you, Chris, for the exceptional service and support! I would give uBreakiFix 10 Google stars if I could!

Went in thinking I needed multiple repairs, turns out it was something simple. Much thanks for the honesty in the diagnosis! Didn't charge me to recalibrate my google pixel fingerprint sensor and didn't it very quick. Really nice staff and very quick.

I accidentally slammed my phone in my car door when it was in my coat pocket and it shattered the whole top and along my Face ID sensor, they fixed my phone very quickly and I had my (practically brand new) phone back within 2 hours! The customer service was great as well, very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff!
