“Hmm where do I start…I only had a caliper and brakes done by them. But we had an incident with a headlight. That got me banned when my best friend left a bad review from my page because I was crying. I do not agree with her review. She’s a great friend but I tell her I don’t leave car reviews because of things like this.

The service I received was accurate to the problem I was having. I even got a recommendation. This is my opinion.
Want to save money go there and but by your own part. They are one of the few who still let you do so. Definitely try to get there early because they are usually packed. Steven is reasonable but you gotta talk to him. The times I have been there customers ask me if things sound right. I let them know I haven’t had a problem or it’s probably the part(s) making it so high. They say good looking and they will come back. Even with this situation I was able to talk to Steven and show him it wasn’t me I don’t leave car reviews. I’m a restaurant car type of review person. I would down West Towing (iykyk) smh for what they did to my car before I ever came after Jett’s. Pics posted of her admitting she wrote the review and she not apologetic I am. Because they didn’t do anything bad to warrant a review from what I hear was degrading. For me it’s easier to say sorry than to point fingers and keep arguing. God knows the heart so lying or over exaggeration isn’t going to work but make things worst. Idk when this review will be posted but I hope they see it. Takes a min once you report you didn’t write it. Jett’s I’m sorry, and Steven I’m sorry as well. You’re feelings really seemed hurt and my goal is to bring goodness everywhere not pain. Even if we had a disagreement we are adults and never do o want anyone to feel less because of me or my associates.”

“I would highly recommend this place for any auto repairs. I wasn’t too sure at first—being a woman, a lot of car places tend to take advantage when you go in alone,but this was a completely pleasant experience from start to finish. Every single person was super friendly, very respectful, and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable.
They even gave me a free ride home after I dropped off my car. When I came back to pick it up, they told me they couldn’t find anything wrong with what I originally thought the issue was. Instead, they discovered I had a headlight out, which they replaced, and they also calibrated my brakes—now my cruise control works again! And the best part? They didn’t charge me a single penny. I was honestly shocked.
I will definitely continue taking my car there for any future repairs. They have earned a customer for life, that’s for sure!!!!”
