I love how bright it is in the carwash, and it got my car very clean. The floor mat cleaners were not working correctly, one kept malfunctioning for another customer, and the other was turned off completely, however since this was the first time I've been here, so I would not deduct a star unless it's broken constantly.

Left with $20 dollars less, purple bird poop on my window, and water spots everywhere.

Paid for the unlimited car wash, everytime we go it never lets us through. I’ve complained every single time and EVERY time they say they fixed the issue and they haven’t. Not to mention the old lady that works there is extremely rude and unhelpful, would NOT recommend. Save your money and go to fast eddies instead.

First and last visit yesterday. Not impressed at all with the $18 "Ultimate" wash. The car wasn't even clean everywhere. Back to Fast Eddy's.

I used a coupon they sent and I'm sold their car wash was awesome it removed these little tiny specks from my windshield that other ones couldn't. I was in awe. I will forever get my car wash from from Tommy's Express.

Paid for the most expensive wash went through back of my car is dirty and bottom half of my car is also so went back through like maybe just the first time after two of the most expensive wash there was still dirt in all the same places that would almost total 50 dollars in washes with suv super disappointed since this place looks nice and is convenient but if they dont clean your car its not worth it rather wash myself

Bobby is AMAZING!!!! First off he greated us with a smile. We were only going to do the basic wash to satisfy my daughter’s need for a car wash. She literally asks to go everyday. Bobby talked to us and told us how the system works and asked if we wanted to be members. He explained everything and did it in a way where you didn’t feel pressured into getting a membership. He answered questions and did it all with a smile. Bobby alone had us get the $22 wash/30 days trial. Honestly, I would come back alone just for Bobby’s customer service!!! My truck also got super clean and I am so very happy for the vacuums that could get the husky hair/toddler messes out of my truck!

(Edit: as you can see, the owner is defending his/her employees. A boss should do that, but not on shameful displays of incompetence. Shame on him/her for allowing such damage to occur and ignoring responsibility.)
Scratched both sides (front to back) and the back of my truck. The cameras show that my truck entered without any scratches and they claim it exited without any scratches. Which is impossible because I pulled back in and showed them within minutes of exited the car wash.
I realize a little scratch here and there will occur, no car wash is perfect. However, this is real damage. Naturally, my claim was denied. They say 98% of scratches on cars are not their fault (that comes from one of the employees there). Very convenient, great business to be in I guess.
There are a lot of better car washes out there folks. If I want to fix this damage, it will not be cheap. Expensive lesson learned.
