“I had the best experience here! Super friendly staff checked out my truck for me after hitting a crushed traffic cone in the middle of the road. Walked in with no appointment and they had my truck up in the air in 5 minutes! Dreading the cost as my poor truck was so loud and grinding…10 minutes later Jason comes back and tells me no charge for what somehow was a quick and easy fix! I couldn’t believe it! I always fear vehicle repairs being a woman knowing nothing about them but these guys were great! Highly recommended!!!
Also, had another noise checked out while I was there and find out I need new struts. They were ready and willing to do the 5 hours of labor right then as a freaking walk in!!!! Bummer we had to special order them lol”

“This was the third place I tried to get tires. The prices were great, and the guy did an amazing job picking out the perfect tires and putting them on. I believe I've found my new tire place for the future ?
The only reason it got a 4 star instead of 5 is because we waited for 15 plus minutes before someone even came over to see why we were there (signs posted to stay in the car). And I get it they are busy, however, it takes 2 seconds to come over and acknowledge that we are there to say "hey I'm finishing this up, and I'll be right with you".”
“We got a flat tire on our motor home on our way to vacation and stopped to get a new tire. They looked at the tire and found that it only needed a repair and not immediately replaced. We were back on the road after about an hour and made it to our destination with no more problems. Highly recommend for any tire issues.”
“Came in after work, and talked to Connor. I was having issues with my tire pressure and thought I needed a new tire. He was able to find out it was just a leaky valve and fixed it for 10$! He could’ve easily just told me I needed a new tire and I would’ve bought one and never bated an eye. I appreciate the honesty and service, I will continue to give my business to them!”

“I had to have the tailgate replaced on my Silverado pickup truck. Drove in to the dealership one week to show them, got a call in a few days to tell me the new tailgate was painted and ready to install, so I pulled into the dealership and as I was enjoying my free cup of coffee I saw the body shop manager pulling my pickup truck up to show me the new tailgate installed. Perfect paint match. I paid and I was on my way in minutes. Thanks Applegate !!!”

“Made an appointment here to get used tires I purchased online, after being told by places like Tuffy in Clio that it wasn't possible. Not only did Discount Tire have no issue with installing my used tires, they even offered to warranty them for a reasonable fee just like their new tires. On top of that the service advisor was able to get my wiper blades replaced without increasing the total cost. A+ customer service, they went above and beyond to get my vehicle in the best condition they could without me asking. Thank you Gavin.”

“I came in just knowing I was going to need atleast one tire, maybe 2 @ $113 a piece. The lady at the front was quite helpful and cheerful (on a Monday of all days.)
After inspection Brian showed me that I only had a small leak in one and a valve stem needed for the other! $37 later I'm back on the road. They could have easily told me I needed one tire and took me for the money but didn't. This place has made a new returning customer today.”

If you KNOW AUTO SALVAGE/ SCRAPYARDS then YOU KNOW the dynamics of keeping track of parts COMPUTER, WHERE is it IN the YARD? Then the SWEET GUY who runs wayyyyy out there to make SURE the part is available and THAT'S just the FIRST DAY!? THIS STORE, THESE GUYS, REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF! Went back few days later for a battery. They got me a REFURBISHED 1000 CCA with Core for under $90! Did I mention how FUNNY and FUN they are when they're not so focused on getting someone else's stuff it's ya ya See ya again lol. QUALITY PEOPLE, PRODUCT, PRICE$!”

“All techs and the manager are beyond kind. Very friendly. In my time there they kept us updated to avoid any stress on how the vehicle was coming along. Even with the heavy flow of customers they were ontop of everything. Someone had brought in a lawn mower tire that needed a flat repair and without question the tire tech handled it and had him out the door and happy within minutes.”
