I took my skis in for full tune up and sharpening. one of my skis got stuck in the machine and it took too much surface off. They offered me a brand new set of skis as a replacement. When you go in ask for Carter. He’s great help and gave me a bunch of tips and told me everything that I need to start snowboarding
