The only reason I have the misfortune of being foced to utilize this business is because my company has a contract with them. Staff are rude and are basic mechanics at best. I mean they can use a code reader to clear a code. ?Good Job. If you're on a time crunch, they'll be rude and make sure to belittle you when calling to ask a question.

They have good service but can be very rude and dismissive sometimes over the phone. The current owner’s father ran that place way better than his son who inherited it. He tried to charge me 189 dollars to replace two front brake pads because I didn’t need rotors.

Brad and the gang are awesome. I have been going here for over 5 years now. He does a great job, stands behind his work, he is customer service conscious. Works to keep his prices competitive . As a female it is important to be treated with respect when I describe a noise my car is making , I have no automotive background, Brad and the group always take me seriously and we work to pinpoint the problem.

Had a flat tire with no spare.
Shelton's sent help out immediately and
got me back on the road fast.
When my wife had battery problems they fixed
her up so she was able to continue with her
day quickly.
They always do a great job.
I'm never going anywhere else.

I live down the street, 3:30 pm car died...battery. Spent 45 minutes on phone with road side service, they were going to charge me $60 for a jump. While I was waiting for a return call I thought of Shelton. Walk down the street to inquire about a battery They let me use their jumper, brought car in checked to see if battery was bad, had a new one in by 5:00 pm. At a good price.
It was refreshing to see customer service at its best. I found my car service station. Thanks guys!

Customers should avoid this shop. The owner is rude, disrespectful and dishonest towards customers. I went in for a routine tire repair. I asked before the repair would the tire be plugged and patched, I was assured it was. When I got my car back, that was not the case, so I called back to ask what was done, I was told the tire was simply plugged and that it was sufficient for the repair (and that if I wanted a plug and patch I would need to pay an additional 40 dollars). I found this absurd because I asked what repair would be done before hand, but the additional lecture after I was simply seeking clarification was rude and unnecessary. The reality is plugs without a patch are not safe as a permanent fix for a punctured tire. Industry standard is a plug and patch. When I took the tire to Belle Tire to have it repaired properly I was told it was already leaking air (the repair was also free). This shop should be avoided at all costs. Take your car somewhere else.

I had my breaks done here before and they did a good job then an I’m a returning customer at this point. My breaks lasted me three years the last time so I’m not complaining on bit.
