Sam's Club is a membership-based warehouse club offering groceries, pharmacy, optical, home furnishings, and more. Members find exceptional values on superior products. The store is noted as being a lot nicer than neighboring locations, with many friendly and awesome employees. The pharmacy, in particular, is highlighted as the best in the tri-county area. However, some members report difficulties. It can be hard to find an employee for help, and items are constantly moved, making shopping feel like an adventure where members can feel lost. While the bakery products are great, management there has been described as unprofessional, with a condescending tone noted. Some members express a desire for more healthy options like organics and gluten-free products, which are currently limited. Despite this, many find the annual membership fee worthwhile and plan to return.
Sam’s on Corruna Rd in Flint, MI is the only place we buy our gas. The problem is the customers are not willing to follow the arrows that are in place for a smooth transition. My suggestion, one way in, and one way out. Please address before something drastic happens.

The place was packed. Only 2 registers open that weren't self-serve. Lines were pretty long for a Tuesday morning.

Obviously under staffed... the people giving out the samples were rude. Definitely got what I needed and more. 😁
