Ashtyn was a tremendous help after, we had run over a metal spike in the parking lot. They didn’t have the tire I needed. But, he recommended what to do and did the tire change for to the spare. He went above and beyond. Great service with good people.

What a joke. Made an appointment to have our tires switched out from our winter to all season tires. We used Sam’s Club 6 months ago for this same service, but today, we were turned away. We drove all the way here for them to tell us they could not switch the tires out because they don’t have proof we bought these from them. We bought the winter tires from Sam’s Club through and in-laws account over a year ago but they ‘couldn’t’ find that. They asked for our tire papers, but honestly who keeps those!?! And why would they have changed them out before for us then? The girl working the desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didn’t know anything and the attitude from her was disgusting. Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Do better Sam’s Club!

I am new to Sam's club and love their prices for bulk items. The store is always kept super clean and the workers look like they actually want to be there. Their $1 pretzels from the cafe are also very very good. The store is laid out very nicely and everything is quite visible. I never saw a piece of trash on the ground in any of the aisles.

Placed order of tires online. Store called me the next day to set up an appointment and got in and installed within 45 minutes! Great service and great price!

My family will be utilizing the Sams membership for our very last year and switching to cosco. It's amazing at this flint michigan store how well their staff is paid and how horrible the customer service is at this store. It's progressively gotten worse and worse to the point their staff is simply almost to lazy to even walk away from you. Let alone help you. This store at this point isn't even a go to store if it were free entry. Their is better service up the road at the crowded dollar general with one employee. So sad a business has allowed its workers to walk all over them to this degree. Borderline embarresing.

I've been coming to this particular store for so long and I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience. I've always had fast and friendly service and the staff is very helpful.

Horrible customer service, called to get in and when I got there they took people behind me in line then said it was too late for my service. Very rude!! Honestly can’t believe the way we were treated.

We do most of our shopping here. We break things down and freeze them for later. The down side might be they seem to always be rearranging the store.

All I can say is GARRATT thank you again!! I went in, shopped, and came out to a flat tire. I was stranded with a flat and this man went above and beyond for me to get back on the road again!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM BUT I ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND GARRATT he went above and beyond! Can't thank him enough ??♀️?

Had a terrible experience at the Sam's Club in Lansing at Towne Centre... Drove to Flint Township location and was treated as if I was the only member of the club!! the bakery stuff we're very pleasant, and helped with designing my cake!! This location helped me save my membership, my husband wanted to become Costco Members because of the terrible service we received at the Lansing Sam's Club. Thank you to the Bakery Department for your excellent customer service!! we'll definitely be back!

My family had a sams membership my entire childhood all the way into my late teens until.my grandparents decided that they were just too old. ive recently moved back to Michigan and decided to obtain a membership for our family. This past Saturday I took my 3 sons shopping with me. Mind you my children have never been to Sam's and are unaware of how it works.
