They weren’t busy on my visit, so the whole team greeted me. Even had introductions, as a thought, they must’ve assumed I’m somebody! But just another member, really. While work on the account was processed, we had brief conversations over a best short term investment offering. And other casual conversation as well. All rather pleasant, truth be told. Likely not the kind of treatment one would expect from mega-national bank of modern day.

Financed a vehicle, I spoke with Alicia Padilla and she was very professional and made the process very easy, she answered all my questions and she was always pleasant and nice to talk too . Alicia qos above and beyond her job duties and I would highly recommend her to everyone I know. I have been a member of this CU for over forty years. Since PFCU took over it has become more difficult to make transactions online. They changed my account number by adding zeros and letters to the account number, limit how much one can transfer and generally make things more of a hassle. They charge higher interest rates than other places on loans. I don't use it for anything more than savings and checking. It would be the last place I'd consider getting a loan from. They used to be fantastic. Nowadays, not so much.

They were great , I went in to see about a personal loan and found out about the savings account thing that rounds up my debit card and saves money for me then they said they could save me money on my car loan by switching to them and they did save me money.You guys are great
