Got me in and out on my way

They fixed 2 chips on my windshield a few weeks ago. Went in for one but they filled the one the dealership claimed was filled when we bought the car 7 years ago (cause dealerships are so trustworthy now I guess). Anyway safelite was great! I showed up a little early to my appointment time and they had it in and out within an hour. Their waiting room is spacious and has coffee and water and lots of tables abd plugs if you need to work remote. They even came to my house a few years back and replaced my back windshield after loading something inside my suv wrong that shattered the windshield. Great service team and super trustworthy. Will definitely use again for any automotive glass repairs.

Very happy with Safelite! From setting up the appointment and having to reschedule due to rain, they were on top of it and got me into the shop earlier than my original appoint. They made sure to get the extra parts needed today in order to fix my windshield and it looks great!I ended up being there for almost 3 hours while waiting for the part(I could have rescheduled but chose to stay and get it done today) and for them to fix my windshield and was very happy to see great communication between workers as well as customers!Front desk and tech were quick to get to customers and get everything situated as well as answer any questions needed.Kim and Devin were both so sweet and kind to my kids, it means the world to me that they were because it made waiting that much easier! Will definitely be back!

I missed a day of work to setup an appointment with safelite, to replace my damaged windshield. I talked to the technician in the morning and verified that everything was set and the job was ready to be completed. I received a call from Safelite, a couple hours before my appointment, stating my new windshield is damaged. Now I have to reschedule and miss another day of work to simply get my windshield replaced. This has been a huge waste of my time. Were charged a cancellation fee, if we don’t cancel before 24 hours of the appointment but they can reschedule without any repercussions.

The photos speak for themselves! Windshield was not fitted properly, leaving a noticeable gap at the top, while digging into the weather stripping at the bottom, preventing the cowl and rubber stripping from lying flush against the glass. The weather stripping may need to be replaced entirely now due to the damage during, what appears to be, a botched windshield installation! I would have given less than three stars, but the price was very competitive (albeit, you get what you pay for) and the glass itself appears to have been handled with care.I uploaded the photos to ChatGPT 4 and here's what it had to say about the installation:For a 2015 Town and Country, after a windshield replacement, you'd expect the cowl and weatherstrip to sit flush and snug against the windshield without any gaps or areas that are lifted away from the glass. The weatherstrip should appear even and continuous all the way around, providing a proper seal.In the images you've provided, it does not look quite right. There are visible gaps and the weatherstrip appears to be misaligned or improperly fitted, which could potentially lead to leaks or wind noise. It's worth getting back in touch with the service provider to have them correct the installation. A newly installed windshield should not have these issues, and any reputable service provider should be willing to address and rectify the problem. If only ChatGPT 4 could do the repairs, lol! Maybe AI is what we deserve for not taking pride in our work. Eventually we'll all be replaced, and for good reason. Yes, I'm venting! ??

Ben called before arriving and was very professional. He had our Jeep Gladiator windshield changed in about an hour. He did a great job. Process was very simple and I didn’t have to take time off of work. Excellent service.

Technician broke my door panel right where the clip is that has to come out to get the door panel off, while replacing my back window. Things happen, we are all human, I get it but I do expect Safelite to make it right. I called the store manager, Kim, who was COMPLETELY rude and basically told me her technician was not responsible and they were not going to do anything or even ATTEMPT to make it right. I called corporate and have been told 5 times Laura (regional manager of some kind) would be calling me within 48hrs. STILL have not gotten a call from her either. I have ALWAYS used Safelite. Loved the company and their work. After this I will NEVER again nor will anyone I know who has heard and seen what was done and how I have been treated. Real Shame!

Tech showed up to my house broke the trime off of my car bottom left hand drivers side of the windsheild clearly left tool marks on windshield manager Jonathan said that his tech didn't touch my car. Continued to gaslight me making it seem that someone else did it. Also, when I called the store before I went there I was hung up on.
