gave me the wrong part twice, I had to call them over a dozen times and go in in person twice to even get the *wrong* part. very rude and unknowledgeable. and honestly, them giving me the wrong part and making me fight them for a month to get the right part/my money back (they never gave me the right part and tried to say I was "over my refund time" even though it was 100% their fault i was over the refund time because i was waiting for them and calling them) low-key ended up ruining my life and it took me six months to recover ??♀️ you can check my other reviews, i usually only leave good reviews but these people made me cry and stress so many times, and ultimately destroyed the life I had been building for myself because i couldn't work and they had all the money i had towards car repairs, all while being incredibly rude about it - even hanging up on me or leaving me on hold for over an hour and when we went it they weren't even busy or on the phone - they purely just had me on hold indefinitely. I swear to God I'm not a Karen, I put so much patience and respect towards workers, I know it's hard, but they were just cruel to me.

They're no different from Right Way a scam!!!!! Learn my lesson well and I stay away from them. You pay an outrageous price and when you are making payments, you have the vehicle in the shop. Couple mechanics and several friends told me to stay clear.

They sell junk cars for high price. Bought a van and have made 3 payments on it and I've put more money into it than I have made payments. Told us they would check it over before we bought it and said they did by time I got it home wheel bearing went out. We call and talk to them here at this location and they hang up on us everytime. I don't even give them 1 star
