Used to be ok, I’ve spent a ton of money on boots over the years. I got a pair probably around 5-6 months ago and they are blown out can’t stand to wear them. Took them up for a warranty and the guy with the glasses would t even look up my info or anything just told me I had to purchase more boots. Spend top dollar on boots that blow out like Walmart boots. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY! Spend your hard earned cash with a company that cares, not these people.

Maurice and the manager collaborated with the Brighton store manager to get me the same boots I buy every year since 1999, model 10877 , Red Wing.
The Flint store didn't have my size so they went above and beyond to help me to make sure I got the right boots. The got me the only pair of my boots available within 500 miles.
Red Wing not only makes footwear with premium and superior materials and handmade craftsmanship but also premium customer service.
5- stars are not enough to give. It needs to be 10 stars. Those guys are truly the A-Team. I am very thankful for everything they done for me.

Salesmen are great, products are great. If you dig me up in 1000 years you will find what's left of me wearing iron rangers that I guarantee will still be in excellent shape.

Shop was great, salesmen were great. boots were great. Still haven't been able to spend a full day in the boots yet, so we'll see if the new insoles helped. but they feel good so far.

Staff was very friendly and helpful as soon as I entered the store. Store was meticulously clean and well laid out. Staff member helped me figure out what insert I needed. Inventory seems to be an issue but that's not the stores fault.

Seamless. The shoes I wanted were out of stock &:was told it would be 1 1/2 weeks. I tried on a similar pair & they felt great so I bought those instead. I was taken care of very well at the Flint store
