The only complaint I would have with quest is the wait. Had a scheduled appointment and it took 15 minutes to get in. Usually don't mind the wait but made a early appointment and had to be to work after and felt the wait time was to long.

I appreciate how well they did with my 2 year old daughter. She hates needles and really doctors in general. So the fact that they made it quick and got it done right away really helped her stress. Without having to go in twice or anything. Good Job. I'm happy we found a place to come if ever needed again. Id go there for myself now too.

The lab tech/phlebotomy I had was great. She was friendly, explained things well, and when she had to draw blood, she was so good, if I hadn't been watching, I wouldn't have known she put the needle in! She was great!

The lady taking my blood sample did a great job. I have donated over two gallons of blood via the Red Cross, and your person is right there with the best to ever draw blood.

My Mom is 87 years old and on 2 blood thinners. I appreciate that the more experienced
Trainee didnt use my Mom as a poking bag and that the trainer took charge and pulled my Moms blood on that day. Mom bruises very easily because of the blood thinners.
