had the best customer service experience of my life today at this store. a week ago, my daughter bought the wrong color stain for my deck it was tan not dark brown. I went their with receipt. Justin told me they couldn't exchange or refund but he did give me three new gallons at no charge. this was an amazing level of service!

Poorly managed, lack of product. For example: 10 oak stains and 0 cedar stains on shelf. Very Unhappy!
