Firstly, I have been shopping here since I was a little girl. I’ve always loved all of the posters, stickers, jewelry, everything they have! Today I stopped in for a pair of ear gauges and we weren’t greeted. The male owner started at his tv the entire time we were in there. The female owner was behind the jewelry counter with a friend just on their phones and chatting. I’m usually offered to see jewelry. Instead I finally asked to see some and she got it out, seemed annoyed with me. Then I asked to see a different tray and she wouldn’t even pull out the whole tray. Ignored me until I told her what exact pair I wanted. Usually they give me them in jewelry bags. Instead she left them on the counter and went straight to the pay counter… I picked them up and brought them over. She rang me up. I asked her if she had a bag for them and she threw the bag on the counter and I had to put them in the bag myself. Horrible customer service. I will never EVER go there again. Again, the store content is lovely and nostalgic. The owners are the only people working there and they have never been this rude. I can’t believe it.

Liked the pictures of what the store carries, was going to check out the piercing jewelry until I read the comments on quality, customer service and your return policy. With this information I won't even walk in the door! Even after all the negative comments on your staff it doesn't seem you care enough about your customers to change or train your staff properly. Too bad, you're losing a lot of customers.

Honestly a nostalgic walk down memory lane. Very informative staff and I love a good upsell! Convince me I'm getting a better deal and you got me. Nice quality glass products and the piercings are worth the money. The eyebrow jewelry that I got from them doesn't come out while I sleep like the $10 packs from Walmart. Quality and good service over quantity any day.

I traveled 140 miles to flint and they where closed was going to spend about 200.00$ don't think I will be going there again. Jues I will spend more at Amazon

See, I got them "From ashes to new & Iron Snake farewell Tix at Machine Shop.. these are tuff ones to get.. But I got them there. Ashes to new sold out ... paradise Express are great , but you need to be on it too. might want to jump on them snake New Year's eve show before it's too late? . Plenty of cool t-shirts. Merchandise. Been hitting this spot since I was teenage rocker!!. Mid American plaza in the middle. Hit the doors closes By the shop with vintage items in window it's a straight shot to the express!!!!!!!
