Their 125 point inspection (or whatever the number they give) is just a marketing scam for them to sell lemons. They are in bed with Fenkel (where they get their inspections done and free oil changes).I have continued to tell my friends and family to stay away from this sleezy lot. I am confused as to how they're still in business. You get a loan for a 3k car at 11k and you'll be paying on it well after it's broke down.I advised my children to stay away but my son got suckered again by them (he should listen to his mother lol).I made it much worse by contacting them and threatened legal action, which caused them to back out of any help they were going to do on my sons SUV that had immediate (within a week of driving it off the lot) engine troubles. Unfortunately anything older than a 2016 doesn't fall under the lemon law.Anytime you purchase from a B lot, you should be having a real inspection done on it. 3 days is all you have to back out of these deals. Use that time wisely to make sure one of their many junk cars are not lemons.Well played again Newcombs. I think my last family member learned their lesson.Congrats on ruining a single fathers only mode of transportation. May Karma have its way with all of you.

I don't know what's with the bad reviews, but my daughters car seized up and she went there and Roy put her in a beautiful dodge Durango, and even towed her old car to the dealer ship. And then my stepdaughter went there, and he put her in a beautiful little Ford fiesta that was fuel efficient, that she really needed because she travels a lot, and she's very happy with her car. And while she was getting her car, I decided to get a car and Roy who did all three transactions, put me in a beautiful Toyota Camry, that I have been wanting for a long time and Roy treated all three of us with Nothing but professionalism and respect. I felt very comfortable making the transition. I would definitely buy another car from him. Go see Roy, he will definitely give you a good deal.

I had an appointment with Roy to look at a 2008 Chevy Colorado pickup truck. I got there only to be told that the truck wasn't there, that it failed a safety inspection because the frame was completely rusted out! They were asking $14,000 for this truck! They let me leave work and drive 45 minutes to find this out. Clearly these are not honest people!!

I bought a used car (SAAB) with about 130,000 miles on it from newcombs auto 7 months ago and ive had no issues with the car besides issues that I caused from ME driving it such as bald tires from excessive reckless driving after i bought it. The staff at newcombs auto is very polite and friendly. If you are generation z + I would recommend speaking to Nick he is the most understanding down to earth person in my opinion at newcombs auto sales, he is very good with the work he does making sure the customer is always first priority.

Pulled the bait and switch !! I saw a truck online with a price of $18964 . I came in test drive offered to buy it outright cash with a trade in .. the guy convinced me to finance half of it I agreed . We had been there 5+ hours by now so they shove a bunch of paperwork in my face to quickly sign because it was past closing time and they wanted to leave .I get home and look over the paperwork and the purchase price of the vehicle had changed from $18964 to $25394 !!!! I put $13300 down and still owe $16k on a vehicle that was listed for $18964 !!! I returned the next day and they denied me the right to take it back !!!!! Do not trust these people
