The owner Ryan is AWESOME!! He is super knowledgeable and always helps with every issue. I think Ryan is the owner, he is always there. Been getting tires, oil changes, and many other auto fixes from him for decades. He needs a raise for sure. Thanks Ryan for years of dedicated service to me and now my children.

I have bought multiple sets of tires from here and always have a great experience until today. I came in for a quote on 4 new tires for my jeep. The lady at the front desk asked for my tire size and I did not know. While we walked outside she decided it would be a great time to rudely lecture me on why I need to know my tire size. She could have used this opportunity to teach and empower another woman with knowledge but instead treated me like I was a child. At this point I will take the advice of other people who have reviewed this place and go a quarter mile down the road to Belle tire.

Awesome service, on time appt, found out had gas leak, did oil change, checked all fluid levels, complimentary tire rotation and referred me to get gas leak repaired. Jessica was great she got me in and out within 1 hr. I trust Ryan and his team with my 2006 Avalanche and go their to get diagnosed before any place else. I truly appreciate Monroe Service Center on corner of Linden and Miller Rd, Flint

They got us in and did a safety inspection per request. Got back to us and fixed everything. Had it back to us the same day. Fast friendly service!

Do not go to this business, they are super unprofessional and rude. Tried to give them benefit of doubt first time speaking with the lady at the desk who obviously hates her job with an attitude out of no where and when I called to cancel service and the man on the phone very rudely hung up on me before I could even tell them which car and name on ticket. They just said I canceled it and hung up while I was speaking. I was nothing but nice until they hung up after giving benefit of doubt and had to call back to make sure they actually canceled the right car… the owners should be ashamed to have employees like this. Like why treat paying customers like this? I will never recommend this place to anyone and advise anyone to take their business else where.

I made an appointment last week for today to get an alignment and two tires mounted and balanced. I walked into the lobby and immediately a guy told me I needed to drop off my car because he couldn't get to it right away. I said I was told on the phone it shouldn't be an issue if I waited. Then he proceeded to say he's short staffed and he can't find people willing to work these days. I then walked outside as if I was going to call my partner to come get me and called around for someone who would accept a walk in. Belle Tire is literally just down the road and more affordable. They didn't try to sell me anything, they have a comfortable lobby, and people were nice. Go there instead.

Ryan, the manager, was awesome. He explained everything to me and made an intimidating (car stuff is intimidating to me) experience very comfortable and stress free. I truly appreciate everyone there and will not hesitate to return when I need to!!

My car was leaking and I wasn’t exactly sure what it was but the employees were very helpful. They explained what they did, how they figured out what it was, and were very helpful with explaining what they did, what they found, and what they charged me with. They were amazing

They lifted my truck/car up and told me exactly what I needed to know... free of charge because there was nothing they can do my mucanic loves these kinds of people cuz all I have to do now is go to the mucanic and tell them what's up????this place the ? best
