Parts are 4x higher than everywhere else on the planet. Everyone there I've spoken to is rude, wont answer questions and generally know nothing about cars. If you try to explain the simplest of mechanical problems to them they just don't seem to get it.. If these guys are parts specialists, I'm Gandhi.. The fact that this place stays in business is owed SOLEY to the fact that they carry gm specialty parts locally.. Other than that they're a waste of time, money and patience.
