G H E T T O. I usually go to this location because last time I checked it WAS a nice location. Pretty sure it was corporate and now it’s definitely not. Now it has very poor customer service. The man helping me wouldn’t stop chewing & popping his gum that had an attitude. He put a new screen protector on and I pulled it right off letting him know there was a crumb of dirt that left a bubble in my screen that I paid $26 for that he missed while “cleaning”!
Then I scratched the crumb off with him telling me the bubble was tiny (the dirt he left under my screen) and that I shouldn’t have pulled it off. (When your the one that had dirt under it in the first place!) I asked is there anyway to fix it? he immediately made it about how I shouldn’t have took it off and tried to blame it on me if anything happens to it after! when there shouldn’t have been any type of dirt or bubbles under it to begin with as I said to him and as I’m walking out the door he’s talking under his breathe trying to tell the other store manager whatever he wants to about the situation leading up him being loud saying “period!”
Period to you Poo! Do it right or step a side and let someone that knows how to do it just do it ok ? If I just did it myself I would have made sure nothing was under my screen in the first place before putting it on my phone to begin with

Wouldn't go here! Besides, there was no stock, The guy tried ripping me off for over a hundred dollars. I don't know why because the other metro store I went to told me they have an actual price guidelist they go by. So go to Court and Center for excellent service and pricing, and none of them are trying to pocket your money.

Disrespectful customer service. Prices all over the place I went in there one day got told 130$ for a phone screen protector and case I go in the next day and get told $130 for the phone plus $60 screen protector and the case is another 30 how do they do that? I would recommend going to another location this place never fails to disappoint

Been a customer for 20 years and never experienced the customer service like this place they sold me a phone 6 days ago and a case and screen protector the screen protector was 27$ it did not fit the phone or protect it the 1st time it fell on the ground it popped off cracked my screen and I go down there and got a run around for 2 day the 1st day the kid told me to come back tomorrow and he would take care of it with his manager today I go back the manager was rude and didn't care no customer service skills at all definitely would recommend going to a different metro pcs
