“Updated review:1-5-24 I received a callback from supervisor Ms. Strich who listened to my concerned about the phone system and encounter with her employee. I felt I was listened to and my concerns were taken seriously. It appears the phone system will be changed in the spring and the issues with her employee will be addressed.Thank you.Extremely un-userfriendly phone service. Hart Medical used to have very good phone service however, no more. I tried to complain to a supervisor Tuateece at the location on Ballenger Rd and she was frankly, rude and said they don't control the phone system. Well, I was at a Hart Medical store! Someone has to control the customer service line! I asked to speak with her supervisor and I think, I was given a bogus phone number as after several calls, I've received no callback. You can't actually talk with a person at Hart over the phone, only chat unless you want to remain online for an undetermined length of time. When you call and are put on hold, there is no message about where you stand in the Q or how long your estimated wait will be. Really poor service.I had to laugh after I posted my original review. I looked at the last few and the review posted four months ago by Kevin also experienced the rudeness of Tauteece. Management responded and said they would pass his experience on to the appropriate manager. Well, obviously, the problem still persists. Way to go in taking care of poor customer service!”
