I worked with Kevin at Mattress Firm to replace my very old mattress. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful as I tried out a number of mattresses. We spent a lot of time trying different options and I finally decided on a Serra pillow top. Well, a few months in and the pillow top is just too soft for me. I went back a couple times to check out other options, SO many options. Both Kevin and Matt listened to my concerns and helped me as I tried out other mattresses. I decided on a tempur-pedic hybrid. Kevin did an excellent job making this a smooth and pleasant transaction.

Matt was very patient with us and took the time to find my mom the perfect mattress! Update! Purchased a second bed and frame was it was dumped at front door! Same salesman as before but we were left with a frame and mattress and no way of getting it moved upstairs, I was informed it could be put together next week but as I had already gotten rid of the bed it was replacing That would not work. My next bed will NOT be from mattress firm!! Buyer Beware!!
