I ordered a product that was in stock on November 27, 2021. The product showed that it was being shipped. Today is December 12, 2021 contacted Macy's and was told they were sorry that the product I ordered had been sold out. How in today's technology did they still show a product listed and I was shown that I purchased the product and it took three weeks and me calling them to find out that it is no longer available! Very piss poor service!! Extremely dissatisfied and will no longer or ever again order from Macy's!! This is not acceptable by any means!! This is Fraud and or piss poor service and representation of products this company says they have on hand!! Will never ever again order from this company!!

Macy’s Backstage is absolutely awesome !!! I love it so much, every time I go to the Mall and to Macy’s , I always make it a point to go back there after visiting the main store to purchase something from them . Their products are of great quality and their apparel is great, I highly recommend this store.
