I sent a client here for bed liner. Very pleasant experience from on the phone to in the office. They had the work completed timely. The bed on this 2014 Silverado is absolutely amazing now. After nine years it was pretty rough. Absolutely recommend. Will be sending more clients there way in the future.

Great place to take anything you want to have rust proofed! Had two vehicles done there so far, a 2019 Toyota 4-Runner and a 2018 Dodge Charger and the guys got them both in and out quickly and did a great job. Will be taking my other vehicles and equipment there indefinitely and I recommend them to everyone!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Especially this location. The only thing good about this place was the bedliner they sprayed in my truck bed, however it wasn't even that positive after dealing with everything else they did wrong. Everything else was a complete and utter atrocity. I was told to be there at 330 to pick my vehicle up I got there and it was still inside not cleaned up and ready to go. I then get in my vehicle and drive home and find out there are chunks, yes chunks of the dried hard liner on my rear window, roof, and a bunch of overspray on the taillight and paint below the taillight. I immediately called and asked if I could come back that evening before they closed to get it cleaned up and they said no they'd be gone and to come back Monday. This wasn't an option I happened to be in town picking my truck up from the dealer and was able to get an appointment so I stayed to get it done. I live 3.5 hours from this location. Mind you this is a truck that is 8 days off the assembly line. It's been in my possession all of 4 days and has 600 miles on it. So naturally I want to take care of it. When they wouldn't let me come back that night to get it cleaned off I got to work because I didn't want it to ruin my paint on a brand new truck. I spent 3 hours cleaning my vehicle and still wasn't able to get it all off. I was rather peeved so I got ahold of them that night and left a message asking for management or the owner to call me. Monday rolls around and I get no call. I leave another message and finally get in contact with him. At first he seemed nice and like he wanted to do the right thing. He even offered to do whatever it took to make it right. (What a line that was). I asked him for money back on my bedliner spray to compensate for my time of cleaning my vehicle because of his employees carelessness. He said he would talk to his guys and see if they'd give me the money. What employee would though? Not many. So surely enough he doesn't reply so I bug him again and he said they didn't want to give it up but would be willing to clean it off the next time I'm in town. I had already found out that methanol works to clean it off and gotten it in this time span. I let him know this and was told it's not a problem anymore and it was solved. However it wasn't. I was still out the supply costs, my time, the work on my truck. In hindsight I should've looked at my vehicle before leaving their lot, however I didn't. Lesson learned. I also learned the owner of this business is disrespectful, rude and doesn't live up to his word or the motto he claims his business follows which is "we treat each vehicle as our own". Obviously him and his guys drive rusty, scratched, POS vehicles because that's how they treated mine. I've since read reviews and learned many other have had similar bad experiences too. If you read this I hope I save you the trouble of doing business with these sleazy businessmen. No more of my money will be going to this company at all.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'm not sure what the 4 star+ reviewers' experience was, but mine was pretty awful.I brought my nearly brand-new truck (less than 4K miles) in for a quote on bed lining, rust-proofing, and undercoating. The person I spoke with, who apparently wasn't the regular manager, was a little dismissive towards me but did answer the questions I asked. Not a big deal; I can deal with that. Scheduled the service, and they had it ready in the time they said they would.I went to pick my truck up, and unfortunately, I didn't have the time to really inspect it because I had my wife and daughter with me, and we were in a hurry. I leave Line X, and as I'm driving I see black spots on my hood. Thought it was bird droppings; it wasn't. Got to my next stop and there were four clear drops of material that had to have come from their shop on my hood and fender. I washed my vehicle the day before I dropped it off and took pictures, so I knew it wasn't anything I had driven through. They were pretty obvious spots on a red truck, so I would have noticed them ahead of time getting in to drive.Contacted the store. The person said to use mineral spirits to get it off. Tried it, and it didn't work. I decided to drive back up to the store to get it taken care of, only to find they had closed early for the holiday with no notice displayed. I called the office, and the manager picked up. I explained the situation, and the first response from him was complete denial. I explained I had pictures, in which he requested I send them to him, which I did. His response was still denial but to bring my truck in after a long weekend and they would look at it.Not being thrilled about the thought of my paint having defects on it for 3+ days, I contacted my detailer. I sent him the pics and he told me to come in the next day to look at it. Mind you, it was a holiday weekend and he was giving up his time to have me come in. I brought the truck to him and he was able to get the spots up fairly easily with something other than mineral spirits. Upon his further inspection, there was over-spray ALL OVER my truck. It was on all four doors, on the fenders, on the tailgate, on the body where the box meets the cab, on the roof, and I'm sure more. My detailer and I spent nearly an hour cleaning up the truck as best we could and were able to get most of the over-spray taken care of.The shop clearly did not take the proper steps to tape off and prep my truck. They even missed probably a 2-3 inch section of undercoating in one of my wheel-wells (pictured). To this day, I haven't received any follow-up from the shop regarding my truck.This was really unfortunate because this place had pretty great reviews, but I spent a lot of money there, and although I got mostly what I asked for, I also got a lot I didn't ask for. I don't expect perfection, but this was far from reasonable, in my opinion. If you plan to go there, I would say to thoroughly inspect your vehicle before you leave or have an excellent detailer. This place, nor their other 3 locations, (Bay City, West Branch, and Sterling Heights) will never touch any of my vehicles or get a single penny from me again.

Does mediocre work. Left all the bed plugs in and just sprayed over them. When I brought it up to him, he told me how I could fix it, because he certainly wasn't going to.Edit: Spoke to the owner and we talked through issues with the job.
