This is the smaller Kroger location on Corunna Rd (there is another, larger Kroger just down the road) but it's better stocked and better managed than the larger one a few miles down. Yes, this Kroger is small, but they have a nice deli and bakery area. The store is always clean, the employees are nice, the checkout lines (both with cashiers and self check aisle) are always short.I prefer this particular Kroger. The store is well stocked, the produce is always very fresh (superior to ALDI), and they have a nice liquor selection, and they have a gas station. We stopped shopping at Aldi, and have returned to this Kroger lately. So far, we've found better produce, prices, bakery items and a superior wine selection and unlike Aldi or Walmart, we don't have to wait in lines that stretch and wrap around the store! For cleanliness, selection, and quality of bakery, deli and produce, I give it 4 stars!!

if you brain damaged lackadaisical and rude employees who couldn't get a job elsewhere and shopping in a filthy and under stocked store where you are approached by homeless people looking for change at the door and a total ghetto atmosphere where you think you might get stabbed you should proceed to this store immediately.

Nearly every experience I've had at this pharmacy has been a nightmare. The day time staff is rude and refuses to be helpful. I fill a prescription here for my dog that has seizures. The pharmacist has messed up the order several times. They say the script is wrong. They say they never got it. They say it was for the wrong thing. They cancel the prescription. They fail to check if it's in stock when telling me it will be ready. They walk away when you're speaking to them. They hang up on you. They roll their eyes. They refuse to help. I don't understand what's so complicated about decent customer service and communication. I recommend you go somewhere else if you want to be treated like a person.

Took employees over 40 minutes to empty and reset the bottle return machine, after I pressed the call button twice, called the customer service number and had them PA for assistance, spoke with an employee twice, before a different employee called the manager and requested immediate help. I understand places are understaffed but this was ridiculous. Aside from the employee who called the manager or the one I stopped and asked for help, numerous employees walked passed noticed me here and the machine beeping to be refilled and did nothing about it.

Its 10:30 pm and they're closed ...worst customer service of all the krogers. They are supposed to be open till midnight... i guess they hire employees that rin the store their way ...straight to the ground!!!!

Pretty quick, depends on staff but most of them are kind and caring. All together it's a pretty good pharmacy.

Always takes at least 3 hrs to fill script. Drive thru is to many steps. Just gve me my scripts.

It's the cleanest Kroger in Flint. Better variety of some things like Turkey Hill ice cream. They still don't have that good of variety of spices though...no Krogers in Flint do.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My item was scanning Incorrectly and the uscan supervisor did not want to help at all (this was 11am on a Tuesday and I was one of 2 people in a checkout station with 4 other open uscans--it wasn't even close to busy). She told me to finish checking out and then go to customer service. The lady at customer service was on the phone, didn't acknowledge me or the woman ahead of me, and WALKED AWAY from us. She came back 5 minutes later, helped the woman In front of me, got back on the phone and again walked away! When she finally came back, she was rude, didn't make eye contact, and told me I should've taken care of the price issue when I was checking out. Not to mention she started helping someone behind me before resolving my issue. I was furious and needless to say, I will not go back to this Kroger. I'm thankful there are plenty others in the area!

Staff is friendly and willing to assist Floors and shelves look clean Shelves were properly stocked.
