Rating this 5 stars because of James in service. Had a issue with a brand new controller not bought from them and James helped me promptly and wouldn't even so much as let me tip him. We need more customer service like James in this world.

Walked in with parts in my hand for a 20 plus year old plow Frank and Mike instantly knew what I needed and I'm very happy that when I come to these guys they know their parts inventory and keep me going!

Called for a hydraulic rebuild kit for a Tommy Lift, and they located one and called me right back. They were able to ship it right to my address so I didn't even have to make the trip to pick it up

It's hard these days to get good customer service but to get exceptional customer service is almost non-existent. Frank from service was excellent at servicing my needs for my commercial truck! He was thorough, quick, and extremely friendly. He even went out of his way to pre-schedule my truck to be serviced at Jim Friendly Dodge/Jeep in Lapeer. We need more Frank's in this world! I miss the days of exceptional customer service. Great job Frank and I thank you for your undivided attention and fantastic customer service!! Christine.

Warren in shipping and receiving is the worst to deal with. I was told I could deliver until 4:30 when I finally got ahold of someone, ended up they won’t receive at all after 3:30. When I talked to Warren, he says “we definitely ain’t gonna accommodate you tonight” I had called many times, different departments, mostly went to voicemail. No calls back either. Definitely not impressed. I wish I could give ZERO stars. The lack of respect isn’t even worth 1 star.

The worst place to try to purchase from... I called in all day on a Wednesday no response I left voice-mailx4 and they don't return back your calls... I finally got thru on Thursday (the next day) and after 1,000 calls someone pickup ...after explaining what I needed (underbody toolboxes for my new Knapheide flatbed ) they said they'd call back the next day....I called to remind them about my quote.. the gentleman I spoke to responded I'm almost done and I need a little bit more.... (let me remind you I spoke to this person the day prior....how long do you need to give me a simple price...????? I called for the last time about 1,000 times and left voicemails and still 3 days later one response back....so darn unprofessional salesrep, unprofessional receptionist...people do what I did take your money somewhere else....there people don't want your money apparently.... SMH!!!!!
