Kim is outstanding in her field. Specializing in Estate houses, I felt completely at ease with Kim, during a difficult time in handling my Mother's Estate. Kim took care of everything in a timely manner. Whenever I had a question, she was always there to answer it with her extensive knowledge and kindness. I highly recommend Kim to anyone, including those who are Executors of an Estate. Of all the Realtors that sent letters of interest to list the house, only Kim had taken the time to provide me with the Legal News Notice newspaper clipping. I contacted her for this reason, and disregarded the other nine letters I had received. I'm so glad I contacted Kim Altenritter.
