If I could give a negative star I would. Buyer beware. In 2021 we needed flooring fast. Sales person Tony promised us top of the line flooring and installation. Said "not a crappy Home Depot job". Spent 24000.00 dollars for carpet and LVT. Had ceramic tile down and they said it did not need to be torn out or hat they lay over it all the time. Charged us 900$ to put floor level down. First installer said we did not need it so he installed. Also refused to pay bathroom floor unless we put down a sub floor (not told at time of purchase or measure) Forgot to lay LVT in front of slider and put carpet there. Within days LVT was breaking at seems. Came back tore all the floor up did some level patchwork and reinstalled. Started breaking at seems again. Third time came back out and tore entire floor up again and put a mortar all over floor (not a leveling mix) and reinstalled over it before it was completely dry. Of course it started breaking again. Owner Kevin was real rude refused to fix it again and wanted 3000.00 to tear out ceramic tile and install over a subfloor. Was supposed to come back and fix again but never showed up I told him they needed to stand behind the product and Now 2 years later he still refuses says they only warranty their work for 1 year and the floor continues to break up. Oh yeah I ended up having to lay the bathroom floor myself, never got in front of slider done, they put the wrong transition strips down. Well I believe Home Depot would have done a better job. Kevin and Karen's carpet are crooks. They never call me back or show up. The kitchen floor alone was 7000.00 + dollars. Not sure if exact amount because they refused to give me a break down. They also charged me to install 3 toilets and only installed 1. He sent me a couple hundred dollar refund for work not done. Do not shop there and if you do, have a lawyer on standby.

Purchased berber carpeting and pad for our home in November 2022 was installed January 11th 2023 , they came back on February 16th 2023 because most of the seams are fraying which they still are not to mention that every seam is visible and I don't believe that they should be, maybe with a different carpet we would have gotten a better job, but we were told the carpet was a top of the line and the memory foam pad was the best pad they make yet the appearance is lacking at best.

Was assured when I placed deposit and made installation appointment that the installation crew would be wearing mask. The appointment was a week later. I called 2 days before install date and again was assured by Scott that they would be wearing mask. When the guys got here they had no mask. They were given 2 brand new mask out the pack by my husband. They took them and said thanks. When in my home we asked why didn’t they have mask on one guy says he has asthma and can’t wear a mask. He stated “but I’m clean.” I called to speak to a manager-Kevin. I was told I could be refunded or rescheduled. If rescheduled it would be 1-2 weeks away. Kevin stated they couldn’t send anyone else. By this time they were already cutting up the carpet in the living room. That is the only room they will be doing because the rest of my house will be carpeted by someone that cares about their customers health. I have children here. Covid-19 is no joke and as a consumer my wishes should be respected. I will never buy from them again!

In the past I thought they were great. But currently they have not completed a job that was started April 8 2021. I guess they finished the big job 3 rooms and the hallway and feel the rest is petty money giving me the run around. They keep telling me I have to wait. My bathroom floor is unfinished making my remodel a nightmare. I cant use the bathtoom much because they tore up tile and just left my bathroom with floorboards only.. I know they are busy but how do a incomplete project get put on hold for dang near 2 months. Plus I paid upfront. Now this is just bad buisness.#shameonKarens

Excellent experience at store. Very helpful salesperson. The products we ordered are beautiful and installation is great. Scheduling and furniture moving was a slight issue but we got through it. The hard floor installer, Wayne, was exceptional! Ask for him because he does really good work and has the best attitude and really cares about your home. Overall we are very happy with our new floors:)
