Firstly, I brought a iPad mini in to have a simple fix of screen repair as my 6 year old son cracked it. Brought in a week before Christmas, I told my son I would fix his tablet so he can play it as a Christmas present for him. I mentioned to them, whom I believe is the owner, he said no problem they can fix it and I mentioned how it recently started dying quicker than usual. He calls me late in the evening to say they have to order the screen for it which would be $100, and if I wish to have the iPad repaired for a better charge it would cost $100 more, I agree to paying the $212 because I felt it would make more sense for my son to have an iPad that works as new again. Which I was then told I would have a two week hold on it for Christmas time, okay I understand. Calls were made, not returned. I stopped in again to find out they haven’t yet started on it which is 3 weeks and some odd days after I was quoted it would have been fixed by. I purchase a new case for his tablet before picking it back up a month later! I called to check on it every time “call back in ten minutes”.. I call back he says he got the parts he will now work on it and we were able to pick it up the following day. We have the iPad home a few days and it just completely stops working, flashing the white apple logo on a black screen and will flash red and not turn on. My son was not yet back playing on the iPad. Matter a fact, NOBODY was on it doing anything. We drop it back off to see what the problem is, which I already knew at this point was reflected on the company’s fault. We had the iPad for years and no problems till we take it here. At that my son grew up using this iPad but now there is a problem 2 days after bringing it back home. My son used this iPad since he was a toddler. Never any issues. We are told there is water damage to the motherboard and they are not able to do anything to fix it that it is not repairable. That they have photos they can show us. Like, I’m sorry but who is to say it wasn’t damaged before placing it in the iPad because I am not the one repairing it. That it was working when we left so we got the water in it. That is 100% not true, I should also add I was told when I was trying to pick the iPad up originally they claimed I never paid for it - thank god I found the receipt .. I thought! At the time. Well thank you iRepair for me putting my trust in you to do the right thing and refund me or make it right and not calling back every 20+ times we were told we would be receiving a phone call. $212 I COULD HAVE INVESTED INTO MY SON A NEW TABLET “for Christmas” OR A COMPANY MORE SUITED TO DO REPAIRS CORRECTLY. I am by far so ashamed and will make sure none of my family nor friends go to this establishment. We were told we haven’t gotten a call back because the owner “had surgery”. After the claims he would call “shortly” the day of. It’s all bullshit from them.. Well I’m sorry but this has been a ongoing issue so the surgery story means nothing to me. Lieing and cheating people ways to get money is going to get your business shut down and it’s only a matter of time. I should have left there that day and took my business to UBreakifix - which is where I plead for everyone reading this to go before you end up like myself and the other gentleman with the same story I had in the lower comments. Horrible experience and loss for my son as all our family videos/photos are now forever gone.

Brought my son’s iPad mini here to get fixed. They charged 215$ and had the iPad for over 3 weeks. They were supposed to fix the cracked screen and replace the battery. Picked the iPad up, took it home and put it in an encapsulated case. Turned the iPad off 2-3 days later, and a few hours after that it would not turn back on. Took it back, they had the iPad for another week then after me calling 5 times they proceed to tell me the iPad motherboard had gotten water damaged and is not fixable. There is absolutely no possible way it got wet at all after we picked it up from repair. Since we have waited over 2 more weeks for the “owner” to call us, which still has not happened. I have called roughly 8 times now and spoke to the worker who supposedly did the repairs, he has told me the owner will call me within 5-10 minutes, STILL NO CALL & NO EFFORT AT RESOLUTION. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOBILE DEVICE, OR ANYTHING HERE TO GET FIXED FOR THAT MATTER, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE AND WORK DONE I GUARANTEE IT!!!!! Again, there is ABSOLUTELY NO POSSIBILITY THAT THE IPAD GOT WET IN OUR POSSESSION AFTER THE SAID REPAIRS WERE DONE, this business is a complete joke & so is the owner!

Paid $529 for 2 iPhone 14s back of screen repair. Not even a week later BOTH of the backs of the screens are already cracked again.terrible quality & service. Waste of money waste of money.

My phone was not taking or making calls. The man who was working could see how stressed I was and looked at my phone right away to help with my worry. He was very polite was honest and fixed my phone! He didn't try to sell anything I didn't need!!!!

I looked this place up online bcuz I couldn't get my body cam working,I stopped in and this guy Desmond fixed it in like 15min works great now if I need anything else fixed I will definitely come here again

Desmond did a great job fixing my phone. I was originally told by the repair shop up the road that they could not fix it. It was too old they said. Desmond stepped right up and had it done within a few hours. Great job desmond!!

Wouldn’t go here. I paid 350$ to get my laptop screen repaired, they installed it upside down and my keyboard no longer works. Irritating considering how much I paid. When I went back they wouldn’t help me because I didn’t have a receipt. It still has the sticker they wrote my name and number on. They also took their sweet time doing it.

Ordered replacement parts for a damaged phone. Found out I didn't need them 4 hours later. Owner wouldn't refund money. I offered to pay a $45 restocking fee and they still wouldn't refund my money.

My husband got the back glass on his phone repaired here. The new back did not stay on. The adhesive did not hold the new back on. At the same time they had my phone to fix it. They didn’t say they were putting an aftermarket screen & frame on my phone. He kept my S pen I had to return to the store to get it. My phone screen was now smaller and I can no longer get into Samsung pass. My glass on the back was starting to pop off after their service. I returned on Sunday a different gentleman than the manager was there said the screen was defective they’ll order another one. Before the new one came in a week later the top of the screen cracked I had not even been using it. When I returned to the store to have it fixed they refused to put on my new screen even though it was defective. Because that one cracked. Pretty sure it cracked because that screen was defective and didn’t even fit my phone. I took it to ubreakifix and they fixed it for 80 more than irepair with Samsung Galaxy Note parts. DO NOT GO HERE

Took my phone in to get it repaired, and they replaced the screen but then I noticed it wasn't working properly, my screen was lagging with what I was typing and then sometimes would push random buttons when I wasn't touching it. Also had no issues before with people hearing me on phone calls and most calls wouldn't go through after the repair. My screen then broke when nothing happened to it and their "warranty" wouldn't cover it yet nothing had happened to it. do not recommend them whatsoever because they screw you over and take no responsibility. as well as voiding your phone warranty because they are not Apple certified and don't tell you that their fixing it will void it
