This review is for BANKER JAQUEZ BROWN. The outdated ATM ate my deposit and didn't give a receipt. Mr. Brown was able find and fix this in a timely manner. That's not why 5*s tho. This young man did what he said he was going to do. He personally CALL ME once it was fixed. In a time when you can't get somebody on the phone when you need help. This young man is going to go far in life because he is compassionate and a man of his word. He is a huge asset for Huntington and I hope he is recognized for his hard work. Thank you Mr. Brown for going above and beyond for me.

This branch is excellent. I had a very complicated transaction, the Banker:ROBERT was extremely helpful and courteous, he spent almost 1/2 an hour to complete my transaction. Very satisfied!

Terrible.... It's never busy and still hard to find someone to help you at the desk or on the phone. Absolute joke of a bank.

Very long wait in the business lane to make a deposit (less than $1,000) and get change (about $50.) I waited a total of 47 minutes and there were 3 cars in front of me when I pulled up. It would be beneficial to hire more people or train your current staff better.

I've had nothing but great experience here unlike the Pierson Rd branch .and the lady Ashley that helped me with my account is the only reason I am still banking with Huntington! This branch is amazing

I usually go to the branch on Bristol rd. I went to the branch on linden rd last week. I liked it there. The staff were very friendly. People there waiting in line were nice also. Very clean. Plenty of parking.

Very Disappointed! I was extremely disappointed with the level of service that was provided. My family was discriminated against with Patty Williams, being the manager there. She humiliated and disrespected my family. I have been doing business with them for such a long time.

English being there second languge she treated them very disrespectfully even though we do tremendous amount of business with Huntington for the past 30 years to be completely honest my mom and dad came home extreme upset and disappointed

There are never enough tellers to service the clientele at this branch. I have seen people leave because of the long wait. Today there was four people ahead of me and four people behind me. There was one teller at counter, one at drive thru and one banker.
