Beware if you’re employed here especially if you’re a security guard. There are KARENS there aka white bored women who don’t know how to mind their business. They helped take way away a job from a single, BLACK mother who struggling to find help for her child. Employers don’t care about people like me anyway. Even when we show up & prove that we’re good employees it doesn’t matter. So I want to thank Tami, Renae & any other KAREN up there to go to hell.

This is the worst insurance I've ever had! I don't even want to give them 1 star. I elected for the higher plan, which is not cheap - and yet they have hurt my health and my wallet more than helped. I had an accident this year and injured my knee- they decided I only had "knee pain" and would not pay for MRI that ER Dr AND primary Dr said I needed. Paid for it out of pocket to discover to had ACL tear and a fracture!! With ACL tear and deductable met for year I still have to pay over $100 per week for my PT! And then today Dr prescribed me new med and going to pick it up pharmacy tells me insurance denied paying! DO NOT PAY FOR THIS WORTHLESS INSURANCE!

Low quality terrible insurance. My mom died because Hap wouldn't pay and or allow her the surgery she would have needed to stay alive. Hap is too cheap to help people in need.

This place is the biggest scam of any health insurance out there me and my wife have been members for six years and because her job pays for her insurance she canceled the policy and they automatically canceled mine they will not offer a refund they will not even offer an explanation these guys are nothing but the biggest crooks
