Incredibly disappointed with the new price increases over the past two years and then again this month. This is me waving my white flag - I am officially too poor to shop at YOUR thrift store. Will be going across the street to Hand of Hope thrift instead.

Prices are outrageous! Paid $3 for a small wicker basket, $3.50 a shirt and $6 for a pair of shorts! Pretty high for a place that sells donated goods.

Good clean store. Friendly help. Love that they size clothes, makes it much easier to shop. Clerk's are always putting out new items.

I love GOODWILL but I just wish they would go down on there prices it's way too expensive I remember when I was a kid they had the cheapest way to get clothes for us because my parents couldn't afford the prices at the stores now if you go to goodwill you pay what you buying at the stores ? ? ? so please goodwill go down on the prices thank you very much and God bless the world ? ❤️

I was welcome to the store as soon as I stepped in the door. The store was clean and organized. There is so many selections to choose from. I found two jackets that I have been looking for. I am so happy I was able to stop in today. No regrets. Thank you Goodwill ?

They take all the "good" stuff and auction it off online. There's an empty coke bottle with a 5.00 sticker on it for the last 3 months. This review is specifically for the location next to Genesee Valley Mall.

This isn’t exactly my favorite Goodwill, but my son and I were in the area so we stopped. They had some good brands I like such as Athleta, Vans, and BDG…but the man who checked us out at the cash register was so sweet. The roads were still pretty slick and icy, so when he said “can you do a something for me? I’d like you to drive home safely and have a good day”, it was just incredibly kind and genuine and really stood out to me.
