My previous pharmacy was meijers on Hill rd my doctor sent my prescription to them and I literally had to wait 2 to 3 days for my medication and it wasn’t ready to pick up and when I called them they said they were out of stock and had to order them only god knows how long it would’ve have taken them to get my prescription ready so I called my doctor and transferred my prescription to Family pharmacy and literally not even an hour after all my prescriptions were ready for pick up and I went in there they were all respectful and generous and got my medication ready I highly recommend anyone to go there because they are literally the best they deserve more than 5 stars.

I’m Ronald Fraley using my wife’s phone sorry. Family pharmacy is great. Been going there for years. I even moved 20 miles away but I still go there. Never a long wait like them chain pharmacies.

I was having some issues with filling my prescription at my long time pharmacy which is meijers on hill Rd...meijer's was always out of stock with my meds and the waiting time to just fill my meds were beyond a long time...I was feed up and so contacted Family pharmacy and a very nice young lady answered the phone and informed me that they could fill my prescription for me and to just have my Dr's office send in the order which I did...I was in total disbelief that 20 mins later they were calling me to come in and pick my medicine up....I arrived at the pharmacy to find a small, clean, and well organized pharmacy with 4 friendly, kind and very professional ladies working..I instantly felt like we all were very old friends and I probably talked theirs ear off...I can not say enough about how wonderful the service and the people are at family pharmacy...I will definitely be using them as my permanent pharmacy... I would gladly recommend Family pharmacy to all my family and friends...

This is a awesome pharmacy. I stopped by twice with questions before switching pharmacies, they were helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Plus they deliver for us elderly.. I switched.

I have had SEVERAL experiences (and today will be LAST) where the card machine was down and they will not give you your medicine. So unless you’re flowing in cash I would DEFINITELY go to a different pharmacy. I will never even consider going there again with how many “issues” they run into.

People are very nice, ready to answer any questions. They're fast and efficient. It's a small store so they can put time in to the people they serve. SO MUCH BETTER THAN rite aid and walgreens.

I have been getting my prescriptions here for years. Unfortunately, their staff has become more and more rude and unprofessional over the years. The blonde older lady and the male pharmacist are both extremely rude as well as other employees there. I get a number of medications filled each month so they'll be losing out. I'm not sure why it's so hard to be courteous and professional. Good luck!

My Dr. office made a mistake and sent my meds here. They had no info on me however they searched the databases and found my insurance information. Everything was ready to be picked up and billed properly. On top of that all the staff was extremely kind and greeted me with a smile. Great pharmacy!
