I went to have my iPhone XS screen replaced on Friday. It took 5 days to get it back, because they didn’t have my screen in stock, which wasn’t a big deal at all to me. If you need it done that day, I would call to make sure they have what you need. They did a perfect job, nothing got broken in the process. I took my case with my phone in, but it did get lost, which again no biggie. It was a cheap Walmart case that got my phone cracked in the first place, but they were still kind enough to give me 4 free new cases and a free screen protector. And please don’t take advantage of their kindness. Definitely recommend going here!!! Worth all five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called to get an estimate on a cracked screen but the phone my daughter was going to let me use wouldn't turn on,so clearly there is something else wrong with it.Because as usual I'm having problems with my phone from Metro PCS,so I will be going up there next month to talk to the manager,named Jeff.What's the purpose of paying for insurance and the insurance says mailing it too me would take too long,just buy another one,I told the insurance people, that was the purpose of me paying monthly for insurance,excuses,excuses. Jeff the manager will straighten it out with MetroPCS insurance company,because I'm not buying a new phone from there anymore.

I’ve been going here for over 4 years now and I never had a problem with the workers nor problems with getting a new phone or it being repaired. And really good costumer service I highly recommend going here.??☺️❤️
