Waited until now to use our gift card and these idiots gave us empty boxes! Didn’t realize until we got home and now they’re going to close! Literally all my kids were looking forward to this weekend! The manager seemed short and like there wasn’t much they could do! Will never visit or recommend this dumb store! Couldn’t even manage ringing up TWO whole games right!!

The store exceeded my expectations tonight, I went there to exchange a switch I had bought my son for Christmas that didn't end up working from another store and upon looking at the box and packaging we saw that the other store really messed up my order and these guys tonight went above and beyond to help me get this fixed and I even got a better deal! Thank you so much for helping me and getting this problem fixed and making my son's Christmas a little brighter

Not exepting trade-ins before a major holiday. Just absolute B.S. Last time I will shop at gamestop. Drove 45 mins from a gamestop that told me they had what I wanted in store at this location just to drive here and find they aren't doing trade-ins at the moment.

They have this low price posted really big to all of their items. Then when you get to check-out none of it was that price. When I asked why, they said that the posted prices were for the pro members. Makes no sense to me why it was done like that and it turned me off to them so I put everything back and didn't purchase anything. Got it for cheaper on Amazon anyway.

I hadn't gone out on Black Friday for years but did for the grandkids. The store had a great vibe both shoppers and staff. So unlike places I had experienced years before when I said NOPE to doing it EVER again. Being BF of course they were busy but I was approached right away! And while shopping they made an announcement to the shoppers and being that I replied first I got more money off along with the $20 off I had! I walked out with two bags full for all 4 grandkids for under $25! I pointed out who had helped me and found out the young person was just a "maintenance/stock person" only hired for the holidays! I told them I guess they saw that I needed help so they helped me. I was super impressed and will definitely go next Christmas!Lord willing ? ??⛄

Absolutely the Best service i have had at a game stop!! I usually shop the Owosso location, but after some horrible experiences, I will now only shop at the Flint store! Top notch knowledge and helped my son find exactly what he wanted!!

Great stop to go to for collectables, however video games have a tendency to be really overpriced...Also had a really bad experence with an agressive employee at this location a year ago, who beraded me for not having Gamestop Pro, and said i was "wasting my money" for buying it...

This place is just a bait-and-switch when it comes to their prices for used Xbox controllers.. it showed multiple Xbox controllers for 39.99 on their actual website for this exact in-store... get to the store they only have $54 controllers ,same exact model same year same color..

Went to pick up an order that my wife placed. I was informed that i could not pick up the order . I had all the correct information. I just wasn't the person that placed the order . No way to fix the issue other then having the wife stop what she was doing picking her up going back to the store and the taking her back to finish what she was doing then going home. I told the clerk to just cancel the order. It was not done. Called customer service and they could not do it because it is at the store level. So now I'm going to either waste a bunch of time and gas money. Or wait for a refund that I might not get. So I will not be spending any more money at gamestop and if you do I would not recommend shopping online with them.

The store here is pretty good, and I haven't had any issues with them. My issue is with Gamestop corporation, as a whole. The Pro rewards you get are so strictly controlled, I find myself unable to use them. In store you can practically use it on anything. Try the website and find that you can't use them on more stuff than you can. Look at the clearanced items. Put 1 in your cart and try to use the Pro rewards 5 dollars. Note how the item is no longer clearanced and you only get $5 off. Redeem your rewards points for any amount off and when you put something in the cart and try to add it (like a clearance item, even though the print does not say it can't be used with clearance) and it will tell you no item is available for that "promo".Spend a bunch of money for pro and get let down. Now they want even more money to become pro and Gameinformer is not worth the cost. I can Google reviews and really see what is going on.Store 5 starsCompany 0 stars
