Caution! Long post! A male, homosexual store employee sprayed me with a chemical disinfectant spray because he thought I had something in my nose. I wasn't aware he was spraying me at the time, I thought he was simply spraying the aisle, I knew why because he then went and talked about it loudly with a female store employee. I let it go because the Bible says don't throw your pearls in front of swine and turn the other cheek, and I don't let the misery of others dim my light. I went back to the store a few days later and him and the female store manager were making cracks about it as I left the store, after paying for my purchases, and she said "I see why you sprayed her", commenting on my weight, among other things. The last time I went to this store, I politely held up the line and checked the store manager about the situation and she stood there stuck as she lied, as bullies do-being the weakest level of humanity on the planet, and remarked she knew nothing about it. The point was to show my 7 year old how to be assertive and stand up to a bully, how bullies have such weak characters, as she is standing up to her own bullies at elementary school. I've contacted the Family Dollar hotline and filed a complaint, because talking about me the second day constitutes harassment and is just plain silly and unprofessional. Where it goes from there is where it goes. I will not be going back to this store. Who has time to deal with that level of petty and unprofessionalism? There is another Family Dollar right down the street.Don't waste your time here or money, this place is ghetto. And yes, my child and I are black, the homosexual male employee is black (he is flamboyant, you can tell which one he is), as is the store manager. At least I think she is the manager, idk, I don't study them folks like they study me. Who has time or mental space lol?

The new manager is very kind she has a great customer service skills and Leadership skills the stores clean and always stopped the prices have dropped down which we all appreciate and when I say oh I mean consumers for the first time in a long time I was in line prior to this it was hardly anyone coming in the store and she has straightened that store out and turned it around and her employees and her team do a great job at stocking and keeping everything that she knows that her people like which I mean by people us consumers she's doing a wonderful job thank you

I am giving this store I believe it to be store #3608 on Flushing Road 5 stars. The Manager Earl, keeps people from hanging out around the store. The store is always neat and I can find things. I feel safe when I come to this Family Dollar. I hope you keep Earl there for a long long time. I like this location way better than the location near Ballenger.

Customer service was I excellent. I'm on crutches, the manager took my bags to my car and said if needed anything to call the store and he would do my shopping so that all I had to do is pay. Alsome manager.

This family dollar in Flushing Rd never has what I want and have get something else it is Close to me only reason I shop there . Hopefully next time I can go to another store or maybe switch to dollar general. Unhappy in Flint Twp
