It's rare that I participate in a survey, but I was impressed the moment I walked in the door and was greated with a jovial "Helll-oooo" while the cashier was checking someone out. I honed in on his interactions at the front while I shopped and noticed genuine interest and enthusiasm in his voice with each customer. His good mood was contagious. In an age where quality customer service seems lost, Daniel shines. Take care of that boy, he is certainly taking care of your store and customers. I will make it a point to shop there regularly all thanks to the exceptional experience Daniel created for all the customers in the store this afternoon.

First of all this place is always cluttered. I was shopping in there the other day and as soon as I turned the corner I knocked something down. They never have enough help. Three of us in my family shop there and spend hundreds of dollars a month there. Well I was a little upset when I went to get one of the Christmas trees that were supposed to be 50% off and the manager told me I couldn't get it no moreand 2 days before that it was 50% off, so I suppose they're going to put it in the new year's lineup and sell it to the customers as a new tree now. I won't be going back. That was the final straw with that store and have you ever noticed that clover valley milk taste weird

I bought some balloons, one Marlo balloon and the rest regular helium balloons at 9 AM in the morning by 7 o'clock at night. They were flat I thought the air last longer and then just now.

I would give it zero if I could came to return a pair of pants that were never worn but we wrong size they claimed that they no longer sold the product so I couldn't return it (which I got a week before) I go back to look and the exact same product filled up half the wall. They lied to my face if its something else tell me that don't lie. I looked up return policy online and there is nothing saying I cant exchange the product.Update: went to the dollar general a few miles away and the lady kindly exchanged the product no problem.

Okay I've lived near this store for 5 years now, first the good stuff, there is a long haired male employee (I think his name is Daniel? I might be wrong) anyway, he is seriously the best employee of any retail store I've ever been to. He always goes above and beyond always greats you, is always is smiling, super friendly and if I ever become a business owner I'm recruiting this kid! His customer service skills are top notch! The manager, a man with an accent is nice too. Now, the bad stuff, this store is a nightmare for someone with claustrophobia because there is barely ever room to move, always stock in every aisle, sometimes blocking items you came for. Also seems to be understaffed, lines in here can last forever. If they could keep the stock and lines under control it'd be great.

The youg gentleman working tonight is very rare..... Very polite and such a positive person....the world needs more of him...You guys are very lucky to have him....Not only this time but everytime I've came in he's so polite and happy.....take care of that young man !!

They don’t honor there sale prices that are posted on the shelves , the lady clerk was rude as hell and told me to find another store if I didn’t like this one , well I will never go in there again , it’s a disaster anyway , disgrace to Dollar General
