Didn't call to tell me my vehicle was done and just hit complete so it texted me. Went in and they didn't even inspect what was wrong. Just said they couldn't repair it cause it needs replaced. Didnt even check what was wrong. Money grab regardless of their "rules" go to bell tire they are honest and more reputable. The manager should have a hold of his employees (rodney) to better communicate with his customer.

Made an appointment here to get used tires I purchased online, after being told by places like Tuffy in Clio that it wasn't possible. Not only did Discount Tire have no issue with installing my used tires, they even offered to warranty them for a reasonable fee just like their new tires. On top of that the service advisor was able to get my wiper blades replaced without increasing the total cost. A+ customer service, they went above and beyond to get my vehicle in the best condition they could without me asking. Thank you Gavin.

Horrible!! If you don't have an appointment, don't go. They will have you sitting there all day while they bump people ahead of you, or if someone they know comes in, they put them before you too. I sat for over an hour watching this. So i then asked to make me an appointment to come back, and he said even with an appointment, you could be waiting at least 45 min. Im like, why are none of these people having to wait 45 min! I will never go back to the Peirson Rd one again!! They just loss our business. I was there at 8:00 am. They took care of 4 people that came in after me, and I even heard the worker tell one of them that he bumped him ahead when the guy was so surprised his car was done. They have red folders and black folders. If your paperwork goes in the black folder, you could be sitting there all day!

Always have a good experience here. I did again. The other day I just got a tire and rotation. Did great and had me in and out. Anyways couple days later I had some wood fly under my tire from a truck so I checked it out to be safe. Found 1 missing tire cap and another almost off. Don't know if they did that at this appt I just went to, or when I stopped in couple weeks ago to get air. Nonetheless that rlly didn't matter. Point being is that I stopped in today and they got my a cap right away which was much appreciated. ? thank u

Service was fast and friendly. I felt that they were trustworthy however, who ever replaced my spare tire back under didn't do it correctly and it was hanging down beneath my truck and it hit something. A stranger saw it and replaced it properly for me. I would still go back I know now one of the things to check for

My sales representative was Awesome! His name is Galvin D. He was so patient, kind, knowledgeable and most of all he is honest. Galvin did not try to sell me the most expensive tire l, he provided me with a great, best price tired. I am so glad Galvin is at this location because he makes a HUGE Difference! I must admit I had to send my elderly mom to this location and Galvin stayed on the phone with me the entire time while being patient with me (out of town) and mom at physical store. Galvin you have won a loyal customer as you really care about helping people versus getting a sale.

Great service and didn't take very long for how busy they were. Not sure if he's the manager or not but Andrew really hooked me up. We had a small issue that got resolved easily with him going over and beyond. Definitely my go to tire place.
