I just got a new EXPENSIVE script. My wonderful insurance was proud to cover it leaving me a co-pay above $2000/mo. Within a day, Diplomat found a usable grant and called with the great news that I had no co-pay. I love the legwork Diplomat does for their patients and appreciate the efficiency. Five star all the way!

I had a wonderful experience for 2 years and then the software system was changed. Since then I have had only problems getting a correct co pay. They say they need help to fix it, but I don't get called back. Almost out of meds. I used to get called routinely to refill, but now get no calls. Frustrating!

They provide me with monthly crates full of all my immunoglobulins infusion supplies. Pharmacists intelligent. All staff happy to help. Meds ship overnight if needed. Never had one issue in 2 years time. I recommend them to all my Primary Immunodeficiency friends.
